This small, but well lit house is totally restored respecting the traditional Empordà architecture. It is situated at the foot of the Serra de Verdera, balcony to the bay of Roses. A privileged look out point over Cap de Creus and the empordan planes. With an incomparable natural surrounding the house is situated only 30 kilometers from the french border, 15 kilometres from Figueres (Dalí Museum)and 20 kilometres from the highway that communicates the Costa Brava with Barcelona and the rest of Europe. Only 20 minutes away in either direction one can find magnificent sandy beaches or small rocky coves with transparent water. The house has a patio and a pleasant terrace. The middle floor has a large living room, kitchen and the bedrooms.

Extra cleaning can be ordered at 60 euros/each. Changeover day
Arrival on Saturday after 4pm.
Departure on Saturday before 10am.
September to June the changeover day is flexible.
