'Las Lomas de Cabopino' is a secure private gated complex consisting of 72 houses with 2 large swimming pools and landscaped gardens. The house is in a lovely quiet location and directly overlooks Cabopino Golf course. It also has sea views. The complex is a 10 minute walk to Cabopino's excellent restaurants and beaches. It is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport and 10 minutes drive to Marbella and Fuengirola. It is in the middle of the Costa del Sol and in a great location for many golf courses.

Bedrooms: Main bedroom with double bed, chest of drawers,large fitted wardrobes with 'french windows' opening onto a balcony overlooking gardens and the golf course. Hairdrier supplied. Second bedroom has 2 single beds, chest of drawers and large fitted wardrobe.
Bathrooms: Main bedroom has en-suite bathroom consisting of shower, toilet and wash basin.
The main bathroom consists of bath with overhead shower, bidet, toilet and wash basin.
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also electric kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner etc.
The kitchen looks on to an enclosed private garden.
Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with 3 seater and 2 seater sofas, large coffee table, dining table and chairs, tv and
dvd/video player.
There are patio windows opening onto a large private terrace overlooking gardens and the golf course. Outside table and chairs.
Other: There is a downstairs toilet and washroom.
The townhouse has a roof top 'solarium' with outside shower, sun loungers and with lovely sea views.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Bedding and towels are provided, but not beach towels. (For a small charge you can arrange with our letting agent to hire beach towels). Bedlinen and towels are changed weekly, and the property is cleaned weekly.

Notes on accommodation
Air conditioning throughout to provide both 'cool' and 'hot' air. There is satellite TV/radio with a selection of English language channels and stations. The house is not suitable for very young children due to marble stairs. No pets.

Outside
Outside as well as the large communal gardens the house has 2 private secure terraces. One large south facing terrace overlooks directly onto the golf course and has wonderful afternoon and evening sunshine. The other garden terrace has sunshine in the morning and afternoon shade for those of you who enjoy a quiet shaded area to relax in. There are 2 large swimming pools, for residents use only, set in well maintained landscaped gardens. Acccess to the complex is through locked gates and a remote controlled gate for cars. The townhouse is in a small cul-de-sac and your car can be parked directly outside the house within the gated complex.

Coast/Beach
The townhouse is ideal for beach lovers as there are 3 sandy beaches within 10 minutes walk, one ideal for children and families, one quieter and less busy,to the left of Cabopino marina, and one for naturists!

Golf
The house is situated right next to Cabopino Golf course overlooking the 11th green and the 12th tee!
There is a golf driving range and full practice facilities 2 minutes walk from the complex.

Travel
Directly on to the motorway from Malaga Airport just a
25 minute drive. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within easy walking distance,(so car hire not necessarily essential). There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away on the main Costa del Sol bus route for easy access to Marbella, Fuengirola, etc.

Further details
'Da Brunos' is a very popular restaurant in this area and is just a 5 minute walk from the house. Across the road from the complex is a newsagent/general store, pizza restaurant & take-away and also a bar. 5 minutes away, round the corner, is Cabopino campsite which has an internet cafe on it so you can access the 'web' if you need to.

Booking notes
We require a 25% deposit when booking;non-refundable. Payment of balance due 4 weeks before start of holiday. With the final balance we require a £150 refundable deposit to cover any breakages,damages etc, and excessive use of the air-conditioning. This will be refunded 1 week after the end of the holiday. Minimum rental period 7 days. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. It may be possible to arrange a later check-out time with our letting agent if no one is going into the house that day.

Our first holiday in your lovely house and we will be booking again next year. Las Lomas was ideal for restaurants and the beach. We especially liked your house location on the complex in the quiet cul-de-sac and with lovely views over the golf course.
