Capistrano Playa is an award winning, peaceful location, set in the hillside overlooking Burriana Beach. It is beautifully designed with illuminated gardens, walkways and its own ornamental lake and waterfall. This site provides an adult and children's pool, reception, bar and restaurant. Nerja is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga and the airport. The town retains much of its Spanish charm with pretty narrow streets that offer a wide selection of bars and restaurants. It has several beaches and is surrounded by mountains. Nerja is famous for its caves and only 5km from the picturesque white town of Frigiliana making it an excellent base for exploring other parts of Andalucia.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
30% deposit is required at booking stage, balance 6 weeks before departure, or full payment if within 6 weeks of departure.
£100 security deposit is required at balance stage, for breakages or lost keys, and this is refunded within 2 weeks of your return.
Changeover day
The changeover day is normally Saturday to Saturday in high season, but due to the high air fare costs this can now be flexible.

Notes on accommodation
Capistrano Playa is in a beautiful location nestled in the hillside with lake and waterfall overlooking Burriana Beach. From the roadside there is a lift down to apartment 306, and steps from the apartment down to the beach (10 mins walk). There is road side parking and also garage parking available at no additional cost.
Accessibility
Capistrano Playa has limited accessibility for wheel chairs, or people with limited mobility.
Outside
The patio has patio furniture, sun loungers, parasols and BBQ.
There is also 2 sun beds plus 2 small sun chairs suitable for the beach.
These sun beds can also be used at the shared pool that is on the complex.
Coast/Beach
From Capistrano Playa a 10 minute walk takes you through the gardens to Burriana Beach.
Burriana Beach is a blue flag beach with many restaurants and cafe bars.
Parasols and comfortable sun loungers are available at 8 euros a day.
There are many activities available for children, including pedal lows, canoes and fun boats.
For the more energetic scuba diving is available.
There is a beach patrol available during the high season.
Travel
Nerja is a 45 minute drive east of Malaga Airport, and is conveniently reached by the new auto route. Car hire or taxis can be arranged. A taxi journey is approx 80 euros each way.
Local transport - there is a regular bus service into town or down to the beach just 100 yards from Capistrano Playa office, where you can also book day trips and tours.

Nerja town 2km, Frigiliana 7km, Torrox 4km.
Booking notes
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before the date of arrival. A security deposit of £100 is required, this will be payable with your balance payment 6 weeks before arrival, and will be refunded within 2 weeks of the end of the holiday, provided no breakages or damage has occurred.
