Two large pools shared with other villas which also have children’s pools. On entrance to the villa you will be impressed with its large split level living/dining room enhanced by the modern decor. The villa is fully air conditioned with modern furniture 42’ plasma TV with Sky plus, DVD player and CD player. With 4 terraces to choose from you can catch the sun all through the day. If you wish to dine-in the top terrace is perfect for dining under the stars! With outside seating on two of the terraces perfect for a relaxing drink on a summers evening. The port is a 15 minute walk away or if you wish to remain local a wonderful choice of restaurants just a 5 min walk away.

Changeover day
Not fixed. However please view the availability calendar for the dates that you would prefer, particularly in high season. On changeover day guests are required to vacate the villa by 10am. For incoming guests the villa will be ready from 4pm.

Towels and linen are included in the price. The villa is cleaned before arrival and on departure but extra cleaning can be provided at extra cost. The pool and gardens are maintained at least once a week. |

Notes on accommodation
There is a double blow up bed that could be used to sleep 2 children therefore taking capacity up to 12 plus a travel cot. Smoking is not permitted in the villa. No pets.
We are unable to take bookings for groups of under 25's.
From May 1st to September 7th we will only take bookings of minimum of 7 nights.
Accessibility
There are steps up to the villa so not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Outside
The gardens and two large pools are shared with other villas but are rarely used by other tenants. There are 4 sunbeds provided. There are 4 sun decks so you can catch the sun whatever time. One deck has a table and 2 sofas and the top deck has a dining table 6 chairs plus cane sofa and 2 chairs and table for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish climate. The pools have a separate shallow area for children.
Coast/Beach
The beach in Puerto Banus is a 15 min walk or less than 5 mins to drive. There are also a choice of beach clubs in Puerto Banus.
Golf
Championship award winning Aloha Golf is just 300m away.
Travel
Malaga airport is a 40 mins drive so car hire is not essential but is recommended to get the most out of your stay. Often it works out cheaper or the same as getting a taxi each way.
Distances
Puerto Banus is 15 mins walk or less than 5 mins drive and is a great place to people watch with all the boats and amazing cars along the port. There is a weekly market on a Sunday near the local bullring. The old town of Marbella is well worth a visit 10 mins drive with it's cobbled streets, shopping and restaurants. The nearest water park is in Fuengirola about a 30 min drive always popular with the kids!
Further details
The local restaurants (about 5 mins walk away) offer a good choice with an Argentinian steakhouse, Italian, grill restaurant and many more all offering a great quality of menu and service. There are 2 local supermarkets also a bank and pharmacy.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The balance of 75% is payable 8 weeks prior to the holiday. If the booking is within 8 weeks then full payment is required. An additional refundable deposit of £250 is payable with the balance to cover any possible damage, breakages, loss of keys or extra cleaning costs.
Guest comments
When we arrived at the villa it was even better than we had imagined. The rooms were very spacious and there was a homely feel throughout the whole villa, which made us feel very welcome and at ease. The little touches such as the blank canvases left out for us to paint made for good memories! A home cooked dinner on the terrace was also a lovely moment spent in the villa. The peaceful surrounding meant we could relax around the wonderful pool. The location was also good, making it easy for us to get to the supermarket, restaurants bars etc. We had a great holiday and all 9 of us look forward to returning to very soon - thanks for adding to our trip and making it so very special! x Chantelle - Essex.
