Pondo Rosa is a Luxurious Farmhouse, home from home, it is finished to a very high standard with many extras.The farmhouse was recently fully refurbished so our guests stay is much more enjoyable and quality furnished. The farmhouse has been adapted for disabled wheelchair access. The farmhouse is secluded with its own 15x6 pool and have its private gardens over looking the pool and sun terrace and a special children's play area has been designed. The pool also has a seperate shallow end for toddlers. We have created a safe environment so our guests can relax and unwind. The farmhouse is suitable for families or couples who want a short or long stay in our beautiful part of Spain. Visit our website for even more information. Changeover day
Not fixed but subject to availability, during peak season change over days are Saturdays. Guests on changeover day are required to vacate the farmhouse by 10am. Arrivals for check in are from 4pm.

Notes on accommodation
Mosquito nets are fitted on all windows. New for 2012 - we already offer free wi-fi internet for our guests but for 2012 season we are adding a computer with speakers for your use to search the web, also at no extra charge.
Accessibility
From your car park there is a path leading to your farmhouse through your private garden into the property, thereafter everything is on one level except the roof terrace. On the ground floor of the farmhouse we have adapted the entrance, hallways and bathroom for wheelchair access.
Outside
Pondo Rosa Farmhouse is large, it has an elevated terrace with access via the master bedroom on the 1st floor. It is very private with seating and has mountain and country side views also overlooking the pool. The large Pool terrace has a 15 x 6 private pool with shower with outside toilet and is surrounded by sun loungers, table, chairs and parasols, there are also orange and lemon trees, beautiful fresh fruit when in season. We also have a great fenced children's play area. Outdoor table tennis is available. A selection of inflatables beds, balls etc for pool use only are provided. The Farmhouse and its boundaries are fully illuminated at night which enables guests to relax outside after sunset and enjoy late evenings in comfort.
New for 2012 we are adding Giant chess and draughts , Giant connect 4 for even more outdoor fun!
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are La Marina or Guardamar Del Segura, at 10 minutes drive from Pondo Rosa, other beaches available are Santa Pola 20 minute drive, and many more blue flag beaches. All these beaches have life guards and facilities during summer season.
Golf
There are several championship courses within a short drive from Pondo Rosa Farmhouse, There are five golf courses around the area, La Finca, Villamartin, Camponmar, Las Ramblas and Alenda Golf. All of these are within a 30 minute radius.
Special interest holidays
There are facilities for mountain climbing in the area, walking, horse riding, cycling, golf, coach trips to local attractions and much much more.
Travel
The farmhouse is 30 - 40 minutes away from both Alicante and Murcia airports, car hire is available from either airports. For further directions please visit our web site. Our nearest sea port is Alicante, distance to the nearest town of Dolores is approx 1.7kms.
Distances
The nearest town is Dolores and that has all you will need from, outside theatres, fiestas, banks, bars, restaurants, cafe bars, casino, disco, indoor and outdoor markets, there are also several supermarkets and pharmacies together with a local post office.
Further details
The farmhouse is non smoking throughout, smoking is only permitted outdoors on the terraces and in the gardens. It is a condition of your booking that guests take out their own travel insurance as no liability can be accepted by the owners in the event of any accidents, loss or damage of guests personal effects. Car hire is recommended and this we can book for you if required. Electricity, air-conditioning, gas, water and final clean are included in the rental price, so no hidden extras to pay. Price includes a welcome hamper and gifts to get you started. Cots (if required) can be added to any bedroom - upon request. New for 2012 - we already offer our guests free wi-fi internet but for 2012 season we are adding a computer with speakers for your use to search the web, also at no extra charge.
Booking notes
Bookings can be taken by telephone or email, all bookings are confirmed in writing. Booking deposit 25% (Non Refundable) of rental. Breakage deposit £250 refundable within 1 week of departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection). Security key deposit £50 Refundable within 1 week of departure (subject to quick and safe return of keys on day of departure). Balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival date, with breakage and security deposit. Cards will incur a 4% bank levy.

This was a really wonderful venue with all the facilities - First Class. the Welcome basket was a touch of class by the hosts who provided everything for their guests. This was more like a 5 Star Hotel and we would recommend the Farmhouse to Everyone. Thanks for a fantastic holiday.

Absolutely Delighted with the Farmhouse. A great way to enjoy our first family holiday. Just gutted we only came for 10 nights rather than the 14! Superb Villa will be recommending to friends and family when we get back home! We will definitely be returning, Hopefully in the very near future.
