Bella Vista is a modern beautifully furnished villa with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is situated in a slightly elevated position with magnificent views to the village of Benitachell, across open countryside and to Mount Montgo. The villa has it's own private pool, extensive terracing with a large barbecue area and a shaded seating area. The lower garden has some attractive trees which also offer some welcome shade.

Notes on prices
A 20% deposit is required, the balance being payable eight weeks before commencement of the rental period.
A £200 deposit against loss or damage is required. This is refundable following satisfactory inspection of the villa and the return of the keys.
There is a one off supplement of £10 per person per rental period for laundry charges.

| Living Rooms: | The lounge dining area is larger than usual for a three bedroom villa and very light. It has a wide patio door overlooking the pool area. The lounge is extremely comfortably furnished with a three seater settee, a two seater settee and two armchairs. |

Accessibility
The entrance has seven steps down from the pavement. Once inside, the living accommodation, pool and terracing are all on one level and the whole property is very private and secure.
Outside
The villa has it's own private pool with extensive terracing, comfortable sunbeds and a table and chairs for dining around the pool. The whole of the pool, terracing and seating area benefits from the magnificent views. The pool terracing extends to a large barbecue area with a further shaded seating and eating area. The lower garden has some attractive trees which can also offer some welcome shade or, if you feel inclined makes a good area for a game of boules.
Coast/Beach
The Arenal beach at Javea is a long wide stretch of sand which slopes very gently into the sea, making it a safe place for children of all ages to play.
Towards Denia, Oliva and Gandia are long stretches of unspoilt, uncrowded beaches. Cumbre De Sol, a pebble beach, is the other side of the hill immediately behind the villa. It has a spectacular backdrop of cliffs and a beach bar and small outside restaurant. Moraira's main beach, L'Ampolla has a children's play area and beach bar/restaurant.
Golf
Javea Golf Club, an excellent nine hole course is just two minutes away. La Sella, a Marriot owned eighteen hole course is about twenty minute drive whilst Oliva, a Seve Ballesteros designed championship standard course, is about a thirty minute drive. There are further "friendly" or championship standard courses within a thirty to sixty minute drive.
Travel
Benitachell, is situated approximately half way between Alicante and Valencia, both of which have major airports. Both airports are easily accessible and are around a one hour drive away. It is recommended to hire a car and we can help with further advice if required. It is possible to walk to the local supermarket and coffee shop and the local village is only a fifteen minute to half hour walk but a car is necessary to visit the beaches.
Distances
The nearest village, Benitachell, is a traditional Spanish village and is about a half an hours walk away. Javea and Moraira and the traditional town of Teulada are all just a ten minute drive away. Heading south the larger and busier town of Calpe is about a fifteen drive. Benidorm is around a twenty minute drive. Going North are the towns of Denia, Olivia and Gandia. They are about 20-30 minutes away.
Further details
There are numerous bars and restaurants just a short drive from the villa. A few including the local supermarket, coffee shop, restaurant and tennis courts are within walking distance. (About 15 mins). Some offer live music or Flamenco Dancing on certain nights. For the young there are a couple of night clubs/discos in Moraira and Javea. There are plenty of sporting activities within easy reach. Besides the golf clubs and tennis courts already mentioned there are bowling greens and riding stables. There are also good water sports facilities in both Javea and Moraira. For families with children, Aqualandia and Terra Mitica, both on the outskirts of Benidorm and about twenty to thirty minute drive away, provide great fun days out. Aqualandia is an excellent water theme park and Terra Mitica is a theme park with a difference. At night Benidorm Palace puts on an international cabaret, with or without dinner, of the highest calibre. Each week, on different days, all of the local towns hold an outside market selling a wide variety of fresh foods, shoes, handbags and holiday memorabilia.
For those looking for some cultural interest a number of the old towns close by offer plenty examples of traditional Spanish architecture whilst a little further afield Valencia is a great place to visit for anyone with artistic, historical or architectural interests. Valencia has also recently opened the largest marine wildlife exhibition in Europe, called L'Occonagrafic, and it's modern architecture is stunning.
The most visited village in Spain is Guadalest located in a spectacular setting in the mountains above the Costa Blanca. Part of the attraction of Guadalest is an inland lake and a very recent addition is a ride across the lake on a solar powered boat.

About the owner
John and I have owned our lovely villa since July 2009. Before that we were the owners of an apartment which we had owned for the previous fifteen years in the same area. We changed it beyond all recognition but at the end of the day there is nothing like having your own garden and pool. As soon as the opportunity arose our quest for our villa began in earnest. The minute I walked through the entrance and was greeted by this outstanding and far reaching view of Mount Mongo I knew I had found my dream. This first impression was compounded as soon as I looked through from the arched kitchen and there in front of me was this light and beautiful very large sitting and dining room. The rest of the villa ticked all of our boxes and of course there was my very own private pool. We bought it!

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We love the fact that you can wander to a little supermarket and there are a couple of restaurants as well to walk to. The village itself you can walk to if you have about twenty minutes to spare. John loves it as the golf course is only a couple of minutes away. We both love it as we are spoilt for choice of beaches. Moraira is just eight minutes away, Javea fifteen and the Spectacular Cumbre de Sol only four to five minutes. So much to choose from on your door step.
