This one bedroom apartment is located on a hillside overlooking the sea. With fabulous mountain views. It is one of a group of apartments (not a high rise block). It is in a peaceful location, cool in the summer and cosy in the winter. The beach is 2 minutes walk down the hill. The area is great for walking and cycling. It is accesible by car or bus. A fantasic base to tour the area. The apartment is used as a second home so is well equipped.

Bedrooms: Large bedroom with twin beds that can be slotted together to make a comfortable large double bed. A sofa bed can be made up in the spacious lounge to make a comfortable double bed. There are ceiling fans in both these rooms.
Bathrooms: Medium sized bathroom, bath with shower over, wc.
Kitchen: Good sized well equipped Kitchen with Fridge/Freezer, cooker, hob, microwave etc.
Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, gas fire, dining table and 4 chairs. This is a beautifully sunny room with sea and mountain views, leading on to the patio.
Other: Large entrance hall with mirror and storage area.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen is included in price. (not beach towels) Cleaning and washing is included in the price. If you require the apartment to be cleaned and beds changed mid stay then there is an extra charge of 60/70 euros.

The apartment has a massive private patio with beautiful views over the sea. There is a large table, umbrella, gazebo, 4 chairs with cousions. 2 sun-loungers with cushions.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 2 minutes walk away with traditional Spanish bars/resturant along the beach. A great place to sit and watch the sun go down whilst eating a fantastic fish meal.

Travel
The apartment is 45 minutes from Malaga airport by car. It is on a main bus route and takes about one and a half hours along the coast road. A car is not needed to if you want to explore as the local buses are very regular and you can book many trips from Nerja.

Distances
Nerja is 5 minutes by car in one direction and Torrox is 2 minutes in the other. Granada is about one and a half hours away. During the winter the Ski resorts to the North are about one and a half hours away.

Further details
Nerja is 5 minutes down the road by car. It has many little shops selling local produce, many restaurants, tapas bars, banks. Just on the approach to Nerja is a Hyper Sol supermarket which has everything including household items.
The Balcon, in the centre of Nerja, is vibrant during the summer it is alive with street artists. The Parador area has a fantastic beach where you will have the chance sample piella cooked by the champion piella chef. There are many water sports available from this beach. The caves at Maro are a must, many concerts are held there during the summer months. The quaint village of Frigliana is just north of Maro. Granada is one and a half hours away.
