All rooms have full air-conditioning, this works on pay as you go meters. Linen and towels are provided and will be changed weekly unless requested otherwise. cot, pushchair and highchair are provided if needed.

Fully fenced pool terrace with 8m x 4m pool (the pool area will be maintained daily at a time agreed between yourselves and the owner. It is the responsibility of those renting to supervise children around the villa and pool the owners accept no liability for accidents that may occur). 10 sunbeds, gazebo with table and chairs, outside shower, independent toilet room with WC and wash basin. Electric gates to driveway with ample parking for cars. Avairy with love-birds. Washing line.

Coast/Beach
Sandy beaches can be found 25 mins away, along with many tourist attractions, water-parks, marinas, activity parks, selwo dolphin and safari park, crocodile park, bowling and cinemas.
There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants you won“t be disappointed!

A range of golf courses nearby, the nearest being 15 mins by car.

Travel
Malaga airport is 25 mins drive. There is a train station in the nearest town Cartama Estacion a few mins drive or 30 min walk that goes directly to Malaga city in 15 mins, there are then connecting links if you wish to explore along the coast further.A connecting train would be needed for the airport so a car is advisable.

Distances
Nearest town Cartama Estacion a few mins drive or 20 min walk. Here you will find ample eating places (even a English bar) supermarkets and bars. Malaga airport 25 min drive. Coastal resorts and beach 25 min drive. Golf 15-45 mins by car. Horse riding with-in walking distance. Train station 5 mins by car 30 min walk.

Further details
Cartama Estacion has supermarkets, ample bars and restaurants, on a Sunday there is the traditional street market. There is also a emergency health centre, banks, and train station. All this a few mins by car or 20 min walk away. 40mins by car is the stunning area of El Chorro with its lakes and opportunity of hiking at various degrees. Gibralter is a hour and a half away, with its rock and famous monkeys. Nerja a coastal resort a hour drive famous for its caves. Granada is a 2 hour drive where you can see the Moorish Alhambra palace. The historic town of Rhonda with its spectacular gorge is one and a half hours by car. Within a shorter distance 25 mins by car is the sandy beach of Torremolinos, with all its tourist attractions.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit secures your booking, the balance is to be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival. A 300 damage deposit is required with the final balance payment, refunded by bank transfer 1 week after your departure.
