La Manga is a unique place, it is situated on a narrow strip of land which divides the Mediterranean and the beautiful water of the Mar Menor, and therefore offers sea views wherever you are. This brand new, luxury, waterside apartment is in a small block located at the end of the strip, 2 minutes walk from the marina with its variety of restaurants and bars and 1 minute from the beaches on either side of the strip. Due to its prime location at the front of the building the large main balcony, which leads off the master bedroom and the main living room, commands fantastic views. This means whether you are eating breakfast, sipping a glass of wine at lunchtime or eating dinner in the evening, this will be enhanced by the continually changing backdrop of the Mar Menor and the spectacular mountains beyond.

Changeover day
The apartment is generally bookable from Saturday to Saturday, arrival time afer 4.00pm departure time 10.00am. Although we will be happy to discuss other arrangements.
| Bedrooms: | Master bedroom with double doors to main balcony has king size double bed and lockable safe. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have double doors to a shared side balcony with 2 single beds in each room. Both bedrooms have large amount of storage space in fitted wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | Master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower, bath and vanity unit. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share second bathroom with same facilties as en-suite. |
| Kitchen: | A modern fitted kitchen will provide everything you need to cook for yourselves, fridge/freezer, cooker, hob, kettle, coffee perculator. There is enough cutlery, crockery and wine glasses should you want to cater for 12 people. |
| Utility Room: | The utility room leads off the kitchen and is equipped with washing machine, tumbler dryer, ironing board, iron, drying rack and a large sink for rinsing swim suits etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area has two three seater settees and a coffee table, one of these converts into a double bed allowing the apartment to easily accommodate 8 people. The dining table has 6 chairs, but extends so that it will easily seat 8 people. |
| Other: | The apartment has air conditioning in every room which is essential throughout the summer. Under floor central heating throughout, makes the apartment very comfortable during the winter months. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are included, sheets and bed covers in the summer and extra blankets for the winter. These are replaced and apartment cleaned between stays. Beach towels are not provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The apartment block and the apartment has been finished to a very high standard and will provide a great base for a family holiday or long winter lets. There are two entrances, one to the car parking area and the other to the enclosed pool area. Access to the apartment on the second floor is either via the lift or stairs.
Outside
The main south facing balcony has two sun loungers and table and chairs which allow 8 people to sit comfortably. The side balcony has two chairs and a small table and therefore provides a quite reading area with shade. The large shared pool has a small children's pool attached to it. In front of the apartment is a public promenade with grassed area and benches. The promenade has a number of bathing steps allowing you to have a quick dip before breakfast in the clear and warm waters of the Mar Menor.
Coast/Beach
A small beach on the Mar Menor is 1 minutes walk from the apartment, the long sandy beach on the Mediterranean is a further minute away. The marina with a large selection of bars, cafes and restaurants is a 2 minute walk.
Golf
20 minutes from the apartment is the well known La Manga Club, with its superb golf courses, tennis and other sports facilities.
Travel
Alicante Airport is a 90 minutes and Murcia Airport 30 minutes drive from the apartment. All the major car hire companies operate out of these airports. A car is not essential for your holiday as everything is close to the apartment as a result an airport transfer, which we can help arrange, can be a cheaper option than a hire car.
Distances
The Spanish villages of Cabo Del Palos and Los Bellones are a 15 minute drive from the apartment. The larger towns of Cartegena and Murcia are a 30 minute drive.
Further details
Shops, chemists, banks and a supermarket are all within walking distance of the apartment these supply everything you need to cater for youselves. Due to its proximity to the water, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, jet skiing are all readily available. The apartment has a garage located in the basement which has been equipped with 2 adults mountain bikes and 3 childrens bikes and helmets. There are also 2 open double canoes (that cannot fill with water) and life jackets. These provide a great way of exploring the area and are available at a reasonable extra cost should you require them.

Please make enquiries either via email or via the telephone. We will send you a booking form, which once returned with a deposit will secure the apartment for you. The full amount must be received 6 weeks before departure, once this has been received full details will be sent to you.
