The beautiful apartment is situated on the exclusive San Roque Golf Resort with amazing views of San Roque's 15th hole and med coast. San Roque has two 18 hole championship courses and within 5 minutes are the Valderama and Sotogrande courses. Tennis, padel, restaurants, driving range and riding stables are all within the resort. The apartment has been beautiful furnished and with 360degrees terraces makes the views unbelievable.

Accessibility
Perfect for golfers but also families a cot and golf buggy is included. The apartment is air-conditioned and centrally heated in the cooler months. It is the perfect location to explore Gibraltar and Morocco. 10 minutes from Gibaltar airport.

Outside
The apartment has 2 terraces, the largest at the front has a south westerly aspect overlooking the 15th Fairway and enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea and countryside beyond. The terrace is accessible from the lounge and master and 3 bedrooms. There are sun loungers, dinning tables with 8 chairs and a large sun umbrella. The surrounding gardens are shared and are accessible on the ground floor. The large communal swimming pool has a children's pool along with toilet, shower and changing facilities. Sun loungers are provided. The pool is manned by a lifeguard from May until October. The facilities of the San Roque Club are tennis, Paddal, golf, driving range. All these facilities are 5 mins walk away.

Coast/Beach
The stunning beach at Alcaidesa is beautifully unspoiled (but still has a couple of really good beach restaurants) and is only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Sotogrande beach with its nearby marina is 15 minutes away. Tarifa (and surrounding area) offers vast open beaches which are a Mecca for windsurfers. Marbella beach 30 minutes drive

Golf
San Roque Club has two world class golf courses, Golf School and Driving Range within a few minutes walk of the apartment. Valderrama, Sotogrande, Almenara, La Canada, La Reserva and Alcaidesa (links course) golf courses are a 5-10 minute drive.

Skiing
2 hour drive from Serria Nevanda.

Travel
Malaga Airport (via toll motorway) is approx 1 hour. Gibralter Airport is 15 minutes.

Jerez Airport, recently opened up to commercial airlines 1 hour
Car hire is recommended.

Distances
Sotogrande is 5 mins drive. Here, there is a beautiful marina with numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The famous marina of Puerto Banus, with its amazing nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants is approx 20 mins drive away. Marbella, the capital of the Costa del Sol, is only a 30 minute drive away. Gibraltar, steeped in history, is a 15 minute drive.

Further details
Sotogrande port is 10 minutes away 3 miles away. Here there is a weekly market, shops and restaurants. A large supermarket and the small village of Pueblo Neuvo which offers shops, restaurants, takeaways, and a gym are a 5 min drive from the apartment. You can also find mountain bike hire, DVD hire, a large pharmacy and freshly baked bread and croissants.

Carrefour, an enormous hypermarket is 20 mins drive away. The Sierra Nevada mountain range is a two hour drive, along with the historical towns of Granada and Alhambra. Tarifa, the windsurfing capital of the Costa de la Luz, is a 30 min drive away.

For those more adventurous and wanting to sample a completely different culture, a ferry will take you from Algerciras to Tangier, North Africa in 1.5 hours. A small commercial centre on the San Roque Resort includes a bank with cash point, cafe, and restaurant. Hair and beauty salon.
