Large front garden providing shelter and shade for playing games, this then becomes a true centre for action, surrounded by hundred-year-old olive trees, almond trees and fig trees that give it a special atmosphere. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs; the ground floor has a kitchen, large hall, the former dining room that has been converted into a living room, a lavatory and a wine cellar. The area is crisscrossed by paths that are ideal for walking or mountain biking. The farmhouse is surrounded by a sea of vineyards, tended as if they were a garden, and the outcome of the efforts of the proud and austere people who have created this highly personalised landscape. If you wish, there are beaches nearby: Sitges, Vilanova, Calafell and Comarruga are 25km away. Torredembarra and Altafulla 35km and Salou and Universal Port - Aventura 55km. This farmhouse is especially recommended for nature lovers.

This farmhouse is located in the midst of the countryside, in a typical Penedès district. It belongs to a group including five other houses, slightly separate from one another, which makes it quite cosy but at the same time gives it a feeling of isolation and tranquillity. The house is surrounded by vineyards and fields, with a mountainous area one kilometre to the north. Sant Martín Sarroca and O La Munia are four kilometres to the northeast and Vilafranca seven kilometres to the south. It is a large farmhouse with two floors: the bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, and the ground floor has a kitchen, large hall, the former dining room that has been converted into a living room, a lavatory and a wine cellar.
