This magnificent villa, is one of the few villas in Nerja situated at sea level, with a beautiful beach just 100 metres away. There is a mini-market nearby at the 'club tropicana'. Even more to the point, there are several excellent restaurants close by, on the beach! The town centre is only a 10 minute walk away, or you can catch the local bus, which stops nearby every half hour, so a car is not essential. We have a beautiful private pool, sun available all day from our various terraces, built in to this property. The villa is furnished to a very high standard, including marble floors and designed with the main living area on the first floor, in order to take advantage of the fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains. We can accommodate 6 people, with 2 double en-suite bedrooms, and 1 twin en-suite bedroom, and a separate guest toilet. English Freeview TV, air-conditioned. Fully fitted luxury kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine. Not suitable for infants.

Notes on accommodation
Free wi-fi available nearby. This property is ideal for a family or for two couples travelling together, who want the luxury of a private pool and terraces, whilst also being within easy walking distance of the beach and the town centre, with its wide choice of bars, restaurants.

Accessibility
The property is located at sea level, so there are no hills to climb, however there are several stairs in the property. Not suitable for small children.

Outside
There are sun loungers and parasols provided.

Coast/Beach
The beach is situated across the road. It is only 2 minute walk. Nerja has some of Europe’s best beaches, the main Burriana Beach has recently won a prestigious award for its high standards of cleanliness and facilities and Torrecilla beach has won a Blue Flag award. Nerja has many great bars and restaurants, together with its famous historic caves, and has easy access from Malaga airport.

Golf
Golf is available nearby at the beautiful Baviera golf course.

Travel
Malaga airport is 50km. Please ask about car hire or taxi 70 euros.

Distances
Nerja town is about 1.5 kilometres/15 minute walk. The local bus service which runs every half hour stops just across the road.

Booking notes
A deposit of 30% is required on booking. The balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure.
