Changeover day
Changeover day is Saturday in July and August. We are flexible at all other times.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom 1 is a double room with en-suite bathroom, built in wardrobes and French doors leading onto the patio which over looks the garden. Bedroom 2 is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobes. A fold up bed is provided for a 5th person. |
| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom off bedroom 1 with shower. Separate bathroom for bedroom 2 off hallway. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is open plan with the eating area. There is satellite TV and CD player. There are two balconies off the living room. The rear balcony over looks the gardens and is an ideal place to eat and shelter from the sun. |

Towels and linen are provided however clients are asked to bring their own towels for the pool and beach. |

Outside
There are large lush tropical gardens situated at the apartment complex for relaxing in and a large shared pool for adults. There is also a children's pool for the smaller visitor.
Coast/Beach
Alicata beach is situated a 1 minute walk away at the end of the road. There is a good selection of bars and restaurants along the beach.
Golf
There is an abundance of golf courses along the Costa Del Sol and the nearest golf course is only 2 minutes away at Santa Clara. Also closeby is Marbella golf club.
Travel
The apartment is 45 minute drive from Malaga Airport and a car is recommended if you wish to travel further than Marbella. There is a good selection of local car hire companies at Malaga Airport. There is also a good bus service to and from Marbella and Fuengirola.

Booking notes
A 25% non refundable deposit should be paid on booking, with the balance to be paid 30 days prior to check in date. A £150/€200 refundable deposit covering breakages and/or damage should be included with the balance. This will be returnable within 21 days of departure from the apartment.
