The villa is attractive, detached, south facing and situated in a private walled secluded garden. Near to exclusive Puerto Banus. The villa has its own swimming pool with Roman steps and underwater lighting, sunloungers, patio and outdoor dining area with table, chairs and BBQ. The downstairs interior comprises a large, bright open plan living/dining room. The dining room seats 6 comfortably. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD, stereo, radio, log fire and large French sliding doors. The kitchen is large, light, fully equipped and can seat 4 comfortably to eat. The villa has four double bedrooms three upstairs and one downstairs. There are two large bathrooms upstairs one en suite and a shower room downstairs. The villa is 10 minutes walk from a good beach restaurant and cafe, and is 15 minutes walk from a supermarket, bars and hotel amenities (Cortijo Blanco) 20 minutes walk from beach clubs restaurants shops and bars in Puerto Banus.

Changeover day
Changeover day is preferably Saturday however can be flexible if no other bookings. Occupation of the villa is from 4pm to allow for cleaning, linen change etc however luggage can be left from 11am. On your final day please vacate the villa by 11am.

Notes on accommodation
Fan and air-con in bedroom 1. Encased log burning fire in living room and portable heaters are stored in the garage. The property is safe and suitable for children as there is a walled garden and limited traffic on the roads near to the villa. Outdoor garage stores logs for fire, 8 sunloungers plus cushions, large freezer, cushions for patio chairs.
There is a large selection of books CDs, talking books (cassette and CD), board games and playing cards.
Accessibility
1 large double bedroom with en-suite wc and basin is situated on the ground floor for people with mobility problems. There is also a ground floor shower room located off the utility room with walk in shower, wc and sink.
Outside
Swimming pool with Roman steps, patio, outdoor shower and night lights. Large pretty garden with night lights. 8 sunloungers and covers, gas heated BBQ. Patio with (extending) table and 6 chairs at front of villa, 2nd patio with small table and 4 chairs outside bedroom 2. Large upstairs terrace outside bedroom 3, suitable for sunbathing.
Coast/Beach
The villa is 3 minutes walk from beach. San Pedro beach to the right is 10 minutes walk and has a beautiful 1km promenade with outdoor gym. There are beach bars, restaurants, and water sports during the Summer months. To the left, 20 minute walk to Puerto Banus beach also having beach bars restaurants and water sports.
Golf
The region boasts a wide selection of top golf courses within a short driving distance.
Travel
Approx 60km westbound from Malaga airport, 45 minutes drive. Use of car is recommended. There are also good bus and train links along the coast.
Distances
1 hour drive to Rhonda.
30 minutes drive to Estepona.
5 minutes drive to Puerto Banus.
10 minutes drive to Marbella and San Pedro.
15 minutes drive to La Canada shopping precinct.
2 hours drive to Gibraltar and access to North Africa.
A full days outing to Granada, and the snow capped Sierra Nevada.
Further details
There are supermarkets and local shops 15 minute walk or a short drive to San Pedro or Puerto Banus. There is a Saturday morning market in Nueva Andalucia where clothes, shoes, leather goods and souvenirs can be bought. Tennis courts can be hired locally along with mountain bikes in Marbella.
