The apartment is on on the ground floor underneath the house. It has two twin bedrooms each with en-suite shower rooms and WC; a lounge/dining area with airconditioning; cloak room and WC; kitchen with oven, 4 ring hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. The large patio faces south west and catches the sun from late morning to dusk. |

Notes on accommodation
Both house and apartment have airconditioning, satellite TV, VCR, CD players.
Properties are thoroughly cleaned before the start of every let, and linen and towels are changed weekly. Sunbathing towels are not proved.
Traditional Spanish style security bars are fitted throughout.
Outside
Each property has its own barbecue facilities and sun loungers. The well maintained tropical gardens contain a shared circular swimming pool 15m in diameter and a smaller childrens' pool.
Coast/Beach
Solobella is just off the route of a roadtrain that runs in a horseshoe pattern between El Zoco and Los Cipreses. At both these points are shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. At Los Cipreses there is a sandy beach and beach bar. It is 1.5km away from Solobella, or a 3 minute ride on the roadtrain.
Golf
There are more than 20 golf courses within a 30 minute drive from Solobella; the closest is a 5 minute walk away.
Travel
Malaga airport is 40km by motorway from Calahonda and takes just 25 minutes to drive. The nightspots of Marbella are 15km away and Fuengirola is 8km. A dozen restaurants as well as shops and bars are within 20 minutes walk of Solobella and so hiring a car is not essential. Taxis are freely available and reasonably priced, and a bus service runs all along the main coast road.
Further details
In addition to golf tennis courts can be booked at the Club del Sol just 5 minutes walk away. There is also a gym and sauna there. At Fuengirola there is an aquapark and a zoo.

Please apply for our booking form. Childrens' high chairs and cots are available for £10 per week. A 25% deposit is required with the booking form and the balance plus a £150 refundable key deposit should be paid 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.
