Living Rooms: Lounge/dining room with French doors on to sun patio.Two settees, dining table and seating for 6 persons. TV (UK Freeview) plus some Sky stations via community system. DVD Radio/CD Player. Open Fireplace.
Other: Community WIFI (Private room available if required in Community Office.) Can be picked up from our fron terrace and by small swimming pool. UK Freeview TV Sky Sports and Euro Sports German and French news channels.

Coast/Beach
Puerto Banus and its beaches are about a 10 minute walk away. For a good coast walk try the walk to Marbella from Puerto Banus along the beach and promenade -lots of pit stops or simply catch the ferry from Puerto Banus into Marbella. San Pedro Beach and promenade are always well worth a visit with easy free parking and lots of cafes.

Golf
5 golf courses within a few minutes drive into golf valley. Breezes del Sur. Aloha. Los Naranjos. La Quinta and Magna Marbella.

Skiing
For winter sun/ski a 2 hour dive to Sierra Nevada. Watch the temperature gauge in the car drop from 20c to -2c in two hours. The journey is just about manageable for a day out to have a look or trial run. About 1 hr 30 mins to Granada on the motorway than another 30 +mins drive up the mountains.

Travel
Malaga Airport 28 miles via toll road 55 minute drive. Gibraltar Airport 36 miles via toll road 1 hour 30 minutes. Car hire from Gibraltar and Malaga airports. Marbella bus from airport €3.50 each way to Marbella bus station then change to Esteponia bus getting off at Casino and walking up hill to Aldea Blanca.
Or Taxi from Marbela Bus station.

Distances
Puerto Banus 10 minute walk away. Marbella town centre and beaches/promenade /Old Town about 10 minute drive away. Gibraltar allow 90 minutes via toll road. If you require to take your car over border then allow up to 45 minutes to cross, or simply leave car on La Linea and walk across. Bus into town via Morrisons from Gib side of border Remember to take your Passport!

Further details
Central Plaza 2/3 minute walk away hosts a good range of cafes, restaurants, shops and supermarket along with a bank and cash machine. Opencor supermarket is situated on the road from the security entrance by the large swimming pool open 365 days a year from 0800 to 0230. Good in house bakery, newsagent and cash machine in English as well as Spanish.

Booking contract sent with request for 25% deposit on booking with balance payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Change over days flexible but not Sundays. Winter Long Term Rental Rates - Electricity add £5 per day prepayment. Cost calculated on actual usage and adjusted after departure.

About the owner
My wife and I have owned our apartment at Aldea Blanca since 2000. We fell in love with the complex after looking at many other apartments. Not only because of it's position beautiful sub-tropical gardens and pools but because its a well run and established community. With some owners living here on a full time basis. Easy excess to all amenities and beaches. Since retiring from business we divide our time between our home in Yorkshire and Nueva Andalucia.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
After a lot of research we decided to purchase our apartment because of position to Puerto Banus and the coast.Knowing that the community at Aldea Blanca is well run with many residents live there on a permanent basis.Superb local facilities with everything in easy walking distance.

Convenience to shops restaurants banks. Superb gardens, choice of four swimming pools. Easy walk into to Puerto Banu but always quiet at night even in the high season. 24 hour security easy parking.
