Villa Jana is a high standing building surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, located on the small hill of Punta Montgó in a only 3kms of the fishing village of L'Escala. L'Escala offers three beaches (Playa Montgó, Playa Riells, Playa Sant Martí d'Empuries)and excellent fish and seafood restaurants. Scuba diving to Medas Islands. Famous Greek and Romans ruins of Empuries. 40 min to Girona (Costa Brava) airport and 1 hour and a half from Barcelona. Aquatic park in Roses. Medival village of Sant Martí d'Empúries, Dali Museum in Figueras and the historic town of Pals.

Changeover day
Arrival day at Villa Jana in high season it's always on Saturday the rest of the year we can arrange. Time to entry it's at 16h afternoon and the to leave Villa Jana it's at 10h.

Notes on accommodation
Beautiful views to the Bay of Rosas and the Pirineos. Kitchen with bar.
All the house has central heating
Big solarium in the swimming-pool with cold/hot shower.
Build BBQ on the pool.
Outside
Parkway, BBQ, swimming-pool only for guest(8x5), house clean in each changeover. Two parkings with capacity for one car each, possibility for two more car outside. Solarium and Court to play the children. Garden furniture.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk from the Montgó beach. Riells beach 10 minutes with car. Sant Martí d'Empúries beach at 10 minutes with car. Rosas Bay at 40 minutes with car. Positions of help in all the beaches like that like all kinds of aquatic sports.
Golf
We have at one's disposal of 8 course of Golf, Perelada, Pals, Rosas, all of them a 1 hour aprox. from l'Escala
At 20 minutes in Gualta we have the Pitch & Putt and the Course of Golf.
Special interest holidays
All Wednesday you have in the town a typical catalan dance "sardanas".
14 august tipical songs the "Habaneras" in Montgó. Also in Riells beach your have all nights different propositions, little market, concerts in Perelada etc.
Semanal market on Sundays. Fish market every day at 8h morning and 15h in the afternoon in to the harbour.
Travel
The nearest airport it's in Girona, approx 70km (40 minutes). You can fly with lowcost companies like Ryn Air, they use this airport. Barcelona airport is a, 150 kms. with different kinds of transport to arrive to l'Escala.
Distances
Girona, cultural city at 40 minutes. Figueres, with the Dalí museum at 20 minutes. La Bisbal, it's well-know like the ceramic town at 30 minutes
Barcelona at one hour and a half (130 kms) one of the most cultural place with art like Gaudí, Picasso, Tàpies, Barceló etc. Perpignan in the French border this aproximdamente to 1h of l'Escala.
Further details
We have medieval town, Sant Martí d'Empúries, Volcanic zone, Olot, and a Natural Park, Aiguamolls. Also you can do horse riding, sailing, windsurfing, trekking, kayak, diving, sky surf etc. Pererada, with big Casino.

Booking can be arranged directly by fax or email. For more information about the house you can call from 19.30 to 21.30. A 25% non-returnable deposit is required to confirm the booking. Full payment to be made no less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the booking period. A security deposit of 200 euros returnable is required. instructions will be provided following payment of balance.
