Villa Ana is set high up on the selective Monte de los Almendros urbanisation, and has one of the best aspects on offer. Whether you sitting around the pool, under the shady pergola or having cocktails on the veranda the views are spectacular. The villa is of high specification, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, flat screen TV, has been renovated through out.

Changeover day
Saturday is the changeover day, but other days may be possible. 5pm arrival and 10am departure.

Notes on accommodation
All electric heating etc, not suitable for toddlers. Electric bed blankets supplied in the winter. Free initial quantity of logs for stove. Electric security shutters, safe.
Accessibility
Car is essential, no shops or restaurant in walking distance. Private carport. Not suitable people with mobility problems. 18 steps down to front door.
Outside
Private pool is solar heated at no cost and measures 8x4. Charcoal barbecue, sun loungers and parasols, a wide selection outside games including table tennis. Free use of communal pool and tennis court (4 tennis racquet's provided).
Coast/Beach
Salobrena beach is about 10 minute drive from the villa - beach is wide and sandy.
Golf
Los Moriscos golf (Motril) 10 minutes away. 18 hole.
Skiing
Sierra Nevada ski resort approx 70 minutes away.
Travel
Malaga Airport is the most popular being 60 minutes drive, Granada airport is 45 minutes away, Almeria is 105 minutes. Car hire essential.
Distances
Salobrena town 2km away with its Moorish castle. Granada and the famous Alhambra is 40 minutes drive. Neja caves are worth visiting 25minutes drive.
Further details
There are 4 supermarkets in Salobrena and numerous small shops plus banks etc and a hypermarket in Motril. Golf, windsurfing, snorkeling and sailing near by.
Booking notes
The pricing quoted is for 2 bedrooms, the studio is an optional extra costing between £60- £100 pw, this only let together with villa to the same party.
A 2o% non refundable reservation deposit, balance payable 8 weeks before arrival plus £150 security deposit. Credit card accepted at no extra charge. Euro bank a/c available.

We had a really wonderful, relaxing holiday at Villa Ana. We were delighted with all aspects of the villa, it really was furnished to a very high standard. The additional poolside games and DVDs were great for the children. Jim and I adored the views, they really are beautiful.

About the owner
Villa Ana was built by our mother and stepfather, over 24 years. In 2003 the house passed to my brother and I as our parents were not fit enough to travel anymore. They still greatly miss the panoramic views with drinks on the veranda. The house has been renovated through out in the last few years. Since we have been letting the property, we have built up numerous guests who return each year and now account for over 50% return booking each season.
