This is a very small development of 16 apartments in 4 blocks. The development is gated and secure with beautiful gardens and pool area. This flat is on the 1st floor. There is a lift. There is secure underground parking. Storage for golf clubs etc if needed. The flat has a large sitting/dining room with TV and stereo. There are 3 linked terraces, East, South and West. This is an ideal location if you like to walk. The beach is 4 min walk from the apartment and San Pedro is within easy walking distance as well. We walk to the Port along the beach for coffee in the morning. Magerit cafe and delicatessen is 1 min walk.

Changeover day
Saturday is changeover day but for longer than a week booking there is some flexibility.

| Bathrooms: | En-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath with shower over, 2 basins, toilet and bidet. Also another full bathroom between to the other two bedrooms. |
| Kitchen: | The galley kitchen is very well equipped with cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. All ware and glasses etc are for 12 people. |
| Living Rooms: | Large lounge/diner with 2 large sofas, 2 single chair, coffee table, TV, stereo and fireplace. |
| Other: | Dining room with dresser, dining table and chairs, seats 8 in comfort. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Linen is supplied. Towels are available on request. Cleaning and change of linen once a week but there is spare linen in the apartment for all beds. |

Supervised children are no problem.
Accessibility
1st floor apartment. No Lift at the moment. 27/01/2012. This is under repair and hopefully fully functioning in 1 month.
Outside
The pool area has a locked gate on it and is opened with your entrance key. There are loungers around the pool and a small kiddies pool as well.Shared pool with the other 16 apartments with sun loungers. The terraces at the apartment are furnished with dining table for 8, sofa, chair and sun loungers. South tce, west,tce and east tce. Wrap around.
Coast/Beach
Walking time to the beach is 5 minutes. The apartment is on the beach side so there is no need to go on the main road.
Beach bars and hotel are 5 minutes walk. Puerto Banus is 8 minutes walk on the beach. San Pedro is 10 minutes walk by beach and promenade and 3 minutes by car.
Golf
There are 15 golf courses in the Marbella Malaga area. If you have golf clubs there is safe underground storage for clubs and bicycles. There is lift access to the storage.
Travel
45 minutes by car from Malaga airport. The main bus route to Marbella and Malaga is 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. Main bus station in San Pedro has buses to Rhonda, Seville, Malaga, Granada daily.

Bookings are by direct telephone or e-mail. Booking deposit is 50% to book and the balance 6 weeks before arrival. Meet and greet company to meet you and Key collection time will be organised. Airport collection can be arranged with the managing company who do the meet and greet. Also welcome packs and any other special requests can be arranged.
Owner profile
About the owner
As this is our personal holiday home, it is decorated to a very comfortable level. We tend to live outside and cook outside and watch the sun go down in the west. The terraces are really sunny and easy to maintain. We love San Pedro village and like the fact that we can walk to everything. Our children join us and love the area as they like to run or cycle everywhere, and swim in the sea everyday. I can organise collection from the airport. Welcome pack at the apartment. Tell me what you want and I will tell you where to go!
