New 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, with outside, fenced pool (8x4m), located at Roche Viejo. The villa also has a lounge/diner, kitchen, large covered patio for outside entertaining, a lawned garden and car parking. It is one of a small group of 4 villas situated in a quiet rural area, overlooking fields, but only 3km from a beautiful beach at Roche, where there is a restaurant with beautiful views of the sea. There is a small but excellent greengrocer/mini market a 10 minute walk, and a larger supermarket and shops are only a 5 minute drive away.

Changeover day
Changeover day flexible. Arrival time is 3.30pm, departure time 10.30am. If these times cause a problem, let us know and we will endeavour to accomodate your requirements.

Bed linen and house towels provided. Pool towels not provided. The villa will be cleaned ready for arrival and after departure. There is no maid service during your stay. However, new bed linen will be provided for stays of more than 1 week. |
Notes on accommodation
There are 3 oil filled heaters for the winter months.
A welcome pack is provided on arrival. Dishwasher tablets and all cleaning materials provided with the exception of liquids for the washing machine. There is a children's UVA pop-up tent for the beach.

Outside
The garden is mainly laid to lawn. There is a private, fenced pool (8m x 4m). Although the pool is fenced, children should still be supervised at all times. Leading from the kitchen is a large, covered patio which gives shade until approx 5pm. On the patio is a large dining table and benches. There are also 4 garden chairs and 6 loungers. There is also a patio at the front of the villa and to the side is a paved area for parking. A rotary washing line and freestanding clothes dryer are provided.
Coast/Beach
The local beach at Roche is beautiful. It is sandy and overlooked only by a few villas. It is approximately 3km away. There are many other beautiful beaches a very short drive from the villa.
Golf
There is a 27 hole golf course, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, which is approximately a 10-15 minute drive away. There is also a 9 hole golf course close by.
Travel
The nearest airport is Jerez and is approximately a 40min drive away. You can also fly to Seville or Gibraltar which are both approximately a 90min drive away. Malaga is approximately a 150 min drive. Car hire is essential.
Distances
Conil de la Frontera is a 10min drive, Jerez a 40min drive, Chiclana a 20 min drive, Seville a 90min drive, Gibraltar a 90min drive and Vejer a 30min drive.
Further details
There is a greengrocer/mini market and butcher, 10min walk away. The nearest supermarket at El Colorado is 5min drive. There is a fish restaurant with views of the sea at Roche 3km. Go-karting, sailing, whale watching, wind surfing, water skiing, tennis, horse riding and other activities are all available in the area. There is an Aqua Park a drive away and a sports complex at Conil. Vejer, Seville, Jerez and Gibraltar are all within easy access for day trips. Morocco can be visited for day trips from Gibraltar.
