Bedrooms: There are three double bedrooms plus independent apartment,Rental Rates for max 6 people per week in euro. for the party more than 6 there will be extra charge of 500 euro for the use of the apartment. A cot and high chair for infants is also available.
Bathrooms: All bedroom has own bathroom and one extra on the first floor. There is also a toilet on the first floor.
Kitchen: The kitchen is absolutely fantastic! It is fully equipped. Appliances include: oven, stove, 2 large fridge, separate freezer, dishwasher,microwave, toaster, and several small appliances and kitchenware.
Utility Room: 2 washing machine and dryer.
Living Rooms: Views are almost everything in Andalusia and the living room and TV room in Casa Elviria are no exception. The living room has sofa bed and 2 seat sofa overlooking the forest and mountains. There is also a 6-seat sofa in the TV room.
Other: Independent apartment with kitchen,fridge, oven separate bathroom is also available.

Notes on accommodation
From its large open plan kitchen, leading conveniently into the more formal open plan dining area, through to the formal lounge with separate TV area and out onto the spacious balcony with its spectacular views of the mountains, this large family home is light, airy and open and can accommodate 8 people comfortably in the main house. Also there is a completely separate studio in the villa, please ask for more information or extra charges.

Outside
The private swimming pool and sunbathing terrace is set in its own garden so, for safety reasons, it can be closed off to young children by means of a discreet gate.

A gate from the bottom of the garden gives access to the many nature trails of the nearby mountainside as well as a pathway that leads to Golden Beach, a 10 minute walk away and one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol.

Coast/Beach
Shopping is also a good idea in La Cañada Shopping Center, Marbella's top mall, where you will find all major brands of clothing and accessories, home and decoration goods, electronics and music stores, plus several restaurants and cinemas.
For those who aspire to the best of the best, Puerto Banus should do with its impressive marina, which has berths for 915 boats, including those of the King of Saudi Arabia and several of the world's wealthiest individuals.

Golf
Golf is perhaps the most popular visitor sport in Marbella. With ten courses, including the world renowned Valderrama Golf Club, ranked at the very top of Golf World Magazine’s Top 100 Courses of Continental Europe for the past 15 consecutive years, golfers will definitely find their piece of paradise in Marbella.

Skiing
Believe it or not, skiing is also very popular in Malaga! The Sierra Nevada ski resort is located two hours away by car, in the neighboring province of Granada. This is the most southerly ski resort in Europe and it is quite small in comparison to other European resorts.
However, the facilities are considered top rate and it has, therefore, hosted numerous national and international ski events.
The Sierra Nevada ski resort has numerous runs of varying difficulties to satisfy all levels of skiers. Natural snow is supplemented by snow cannons on some runs, and many skiers are pleasantly surprised to find that, because of its southerly position, the air temperature is usually warmer than other resorts. Depending on the snow levels, the season generally runs from the end of November or the beginning of December until sometime in April.

If you´re into water sports and activities, you´ll find some of the best marinas in Spain where you can sail off on rented yachts and catamarans and do whale and dolphin watching off the coasts of Marbella and Gibraltar. Fishing for swordfish is a must and you can try your hand at this sport from July to September.

Water sports are played year round in Marbella. Kite surfing, rowing, snorkeling, surfing, wake boarding, water skiing and windsurfing are the most popular.

Travel
Nightlife is almost an exclusive trademark of Marbella, with one of the largest pubs and disco strips in the Muelle Rivera area, by Puerto Banus. Dreamers discotheque, home of TIESTO, one of the most famous DJs in the world, is a must for the trendiest.

Casa Elviria is 5 minutes away from downtown Marbella, Fuengirola, Riviera del Sol, Calahonda and Mijas Costa. Malaga´s airport is only 40 minutes away. Gibraltar is 90 minutes away.

Plaza Mayor is also a good alternative where you will find plenty of kids activities, including 3D cinemas and a small funfair. This is also a great place to try one of the most varied food courts in Malaga as well as to do some shopping at the Nike outlet or at the more than 50 stores located there.

My partner and I both live and work in west cost of Norway but we would like to move to Spain very soon, for our early retirements time. We have many friends in Marbella as I have lived there for some years, We have really fallen in love with the country. The reach culture of Andalusia, make us feel warm and very happy when we are there.

With Santa Maria golf course on your doorstep, this is the ideal area to relax and enjoy your holiday. Making the Villa an ideal retreat for family's, a perfect paradise for golfers, an exclusive location for couples and groups of friends wanting the luxury of relaxing and the night-life of the Prestigious Puerto Banus and beautiful Old Town of Marbella.
