Notes on prices
Prices shown are per apartment, per week in euros. Price includes bed linen and cleaning (no extra charges). A breakages deposit of 300 euros (per apartment or 400 euros for whole villa) is payable with your final payment. This will be refunded within one month providing the property is in good order.
Book whole villa for 2 weeks during 2009 for 2010 and receive a 10% discount.
Changeover day
Changeover day Saturday (full weeks only in high season - June-September). Arrival time 5pm - 7pm only. Departure time before 10.00am.

Notes on accommodation
Butane Gas heaters and electric heaters available in cooler weather. Shared washing machine and tumble dryer. According to the rules of the urbanisation, no music is to be played outside of the villa at any time and there is to be no noise after 10pm - this is a very quiet residential area. The Urbanisation impose fines on any home owner not complying with these rules and these would have to be passed on to you.
Outside
Gardens, large sun terrace, barbecue, outside dining tables and chairs. Sun loungers provided. NB: There are 2 pools one for each apartment. Private sun terraces for both apartments.

Nearest beach is Cala Canyelles 5 minutes by road.
Travel
Nearest Airport Girona 40 minutes drive. Car hire essential. Barcelona Airport 1 hour 15 mins drive.

Lloret de Mar 4km. Tossa de Mar 8km. Barcelona 80km.
Further details
Many activities/places of interest other than the safe blue flag beaches. Figueres (Dali Museum), Cadeques, Barcelona, Montserrat, Vic, Rupit, Pyrennes all within an easy drive.
Booking notes
Payment is by bank transfer. Deposit 50% of total. Remainder 60 days before letting. Please note we do not accept bookings for large groups aged under 25 years old or any single sex groups. Noise should be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
