Notes on prices
Prices are per week for the apartment in UK pounds, including utilities. £100 non refundable deposit secures a booking. A £100 refundable deposit is taken with the balance and returned if no breakages. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. We are happy to have payment in euros if you prefer.
The weekly price includes one full set of linen. Extra cleaning or linen can be arranged with our managers at extra cost on arrival. Longer winter lets are available by negotiation please contact us.
Changeover day
Flexible changeover but usually Saturday in the summer.
Check in after 3pm, check out before 10am but some flexibilty may be possible.

Notes on accommodation
There is a lift right by the apartment and you can drop off just outside the door making this useful for those with limited mobility. Security gates. There is a cot and a buggy available in the apartment.

50m to Las Marinas Blue Flag beach, 15 kms of sandy beach with varied watersports and beach bars. Close to Denia Port and Marina. (4km)
Golf
Olivia Nova, La Sella Golf courses 20 minutes drive.
Travel
Alicante and Valencia airports are approximately 1 hour away. There is a regional train service to Denia and ferries from the Balearics arrive in the port daily. Restaurants and supermarket within walking distance. Restaurants are open out of season as well. Regular bus service into Denia town which takes 10mins and costs 95 cents per person.
Distances
There are many very pretty towns and villages close by. the Jalon valley is particularly pretty. This area is not over run by tourism.
Further details
Plenty of watersports available in close by Denia port. Includes boat hire, watersurfing. There is an excellent tennis club 5mins drive away. Walking trails and mountain biking nearby. Supermarket 50m with pubs, nightclub and restaurants. Some particularly excellent award winning restaurants nearby (walking distance)

£100 deposit payable at time of booking, with balance payable including security deposit 8 weeks before departure. Security deposit £100 refundable on final cleaning.
