The house comprises: 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) to the lower level and on the upper level the kitchen, dining area and sitting room open out directly onto the sunny terrace. The views from the terrace are magnificent, extending to Africa and Gibraltar in the south and the Moorish castle and national forest in the north. The property is 20 mins from the world famous Valderama golf resort and within close proximity to numerous other Costa courses. Popular with cycling and horse riding enthusiasts due to the natural beauty of the area, the town of Jimena De La Frontera is situated within the national park ‘Los Alcornacales’ (cork trees). Gibraltar's marinas and sailing schools are 40 mins away with the opportunity to enjoy pleasant Mediterranean and North African port hopping. There are two swimming pools close by (one public, one within a local campsite) along with a network of well documented countryside walks.

Other: The 6 seater dining area is adjacent to double french windows with small balcony opening out onto the street below, creating a wonderful breeze in the summer time.

Deposit of 30% by bank transfer payable on booking with balance plus breakage deposit of £50 per person payable (by cheque) 45 days before arrival. Cancellation: All deposits (with the exception of the breakage deposit) are non-refundable. Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival will be charged 50%. 60-45 days before arrival – 60%. After 45 days before arrival 100%. We recommend travel insurance is taken out to cover possible cancellation. Air-con available at surcharge of 25 euro.
