The large lounge/dining area and master bedroom have patio doors leading out to the terrace, overlooking the beautiful tropical gardens, swimming pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi. The apartment has a second private terrace outside the kitchen patio doors, so you have your choice when wanting to dine alfresco. A leisurely 5 minute stroll brings you to the Arenal beach and the many restaurants and bars that surround it. Supermarkets, bakeries, newsagents all a 3 minute stroll away.

Changeover day
We try to meet your needs for changeover days although at high season Saturdays are more usual.

| Living Rooms: | The spacious lounge/dining area has a dining table and 6 chairs. TV and DVD player with a selection of DVDs. Satellite TV also available. Patio doors lead out from this room to the poolside terrace aswell. |

All linen and towels provided except beach and pool towels. For lets beyond a week, linen is changed weekly. |

Notes on accommodation
This is an ideal apartment for those travelling with children. The ground floor location makes life so much easier and therefore a more relaxing time is had by all. The apartment is non smoking. A hire car is not needed if you are not planning on sight seeing etc. as everything is within easy walking distance. The whole complex is secure.
Outside
The gardens have plenty of room for sun bathing and there is a large pool, children’s pool and jacuzzi. The pools are floodlit at night. We have sun loungers which you are welcome to take out onto the gardens for sunbathing, however these must be brought back inside in the evening and not left on the grass. Some of the properties on this development have full time residents, please respect that this is their home.
Coast/Beach
The Arenal, a beautiful sandy beach is only a 5 minute stroll away. There are also a range of other coves and beaches within a few minutes drive, if you have hired a car.
Golf
Both the La Sella and Javea golf courses are within a few minutes drive.
Travel
The nearest airports are Alicante and Valencia, both around an hour’s drive. Cheap flights are available from; Easyjet, Air Lingus, Jet 2,BMI Baby, Ryanair and Monarch. For hire car we check out ‘Do you Spain.com’ and ‘Sixt’. Airport transfers can be arranged.
Distances
Javea can be divided into three areas, El Arenal, Port and Old Town. I have explained earlier that the Arenal is a short walk from the apartment. The Port is a little further away, yes, you could walk and I have done so many times but in the heat it might be a better idea to get a bus, or in the summer a little train runs back and forth to The Port. It is well worth a visit, it has lots of character, and is built around the old fishing port and marina. Take a bus to the Old Town.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival date will require payment in full at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
A refundable breakages/damage deposit of £150 is required with the final payment; this will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the property at the end of the rental. NB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser’s discretion.
