All four apartments are in the Andalusian style La Maestranza complex, which is situated in the heart of Golf Valley. 7 golf courses within a few minutes drive from the apartment complex, and over 30 courses accessible in less than 40 minute driving! Courses include La Quinta, Aloha, Los Arqueros, Los Naranjos, Marbella G&CC, Mijas, San Roque and Valderrama amongst many others. The complex, while quiet and relaxing, is also convenient for the bustling centre of Puerto Banus, including its beaches, marina with its glittering yachts, glamorous designer boutiques and non-stop nightlife are all an easy 15 minutes walk from La Maestranza. All apartments have sunny terraces with views of La Concha mountain. The complex also provides 24 hour security, and all have private underground parking.

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. We ask you to vacate by 11.00am on day of departure to allow for cleaning. Arrival time from 16.00pm unless requested at time of booking. There will be a 25 euro charge for arrivals between midnight-8.00am

The kitchen includes all the electrical appliances you will need, including cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and utensils. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, but guests are asked to bring your own beach/pool towels.

Outside
The community is designed to recreate the ambiance of a typical Andalusian village with classic rustic white walls, red roofs and quiet footpaths. All common areas feature attractive water features, walkways and landscaped gardens. There are 2 main swimming pools (one heated in winter) and one kiddies pool for the use by tenants.

Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to the beach and marina at Puerto Banus.

Golf
Nueva Andalucia is a perfect location for golf. Situated halfway between Malaga and Gibraltar, the Costa Del Sol boasts an abundance of golf courses which includes the famous Valderrama and San Roque. Both are only a thirty minute drive away. Realistically there are over a dozen courses within twenty minutes which includes, La Quinta, Los Naranjos (both 5 minutes away) La Cala, Rio Real, Monte Mayor and Aloha to name just a few. Great deals to be had especially during the summer months when the green fees are reduced. I can speak from personal experience that the Costa Del 'Golf' will provide a fantastic opportunity to play or watch golf. Most people come back every year and the courses and focus on golf increases continually.

Skiing
Skiing and snow boarding is possible in the Sierra Nevada mountains from November to March, about 2.5 hours drive.

Travel
Malaga Airport is located just a 45 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended to book in advance (to save on cost) with all the recognised rental firms located within the airport. Car hire is not essential and a taxi journey will cost approx 80 euros for a 4 seater & 110 euros 6-8 seater. We can organise this for you.

Further details
There is no need to just rely on Puerto Banus as within 2 minutes there are over 10 excellent restaurants. Also 2 supermarkets, pharmacy, banks and bar/coffee houses are all located on the doorstep. Every Saturday a large market comes to Nueva Andalucia where you will be spoilt for choice if buying a new bag or a pair of shoes is high on your shopping list.
