Detached quality villa which has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 6 persons. Sky TV. Dishwasher, water filter (no bottled water needed) 6 person hot tub. 2 communal pools. Many lovely bars and restaurants within short walk. Short drive to 2 beaches. 30 mins from Alicante airport. 15 minute drive to Torrevieja and Guardamar which are beautiful Spanish holiday locations. Fantastic food and drink which is surprisingly still cheap (beer 2 euros). Car recommended (not expensive).

Notes on accommodation
£150 security deposit required at time of booking, this will be returned after your holiday once inspected with no damages to the villa. Non refundable deposit if holiday is cancelled after booking.
Accessibility
Ideal for families and couples. Villa would be great for disabled access as it is a bungalow. Car recommended.
Outside
Front patio and drive. Under cover area ideal for meals out of the sun. Rear patio with large hot tub. 2 x communal pools only 100 yards away. Sun bathing solarium on roof with sun beds, gazebo and BBQ. Nice plants (please water regularly). Upstairs shower for cooling off.
Coast/Beach
Short drive to amazing beaches.
Golf
5/10 minute drive to up-market but good value golf course. Golf buggies, bar and restaurant.
Travel
Car highly recommended.
Distances
30 minute walk to local village Quesada or 5 euros in a taxi. We usually walk to bars/restaurants whilst it is still light and get taxi back.
Further details
Many supermarkets are within 5 minute drive in Quesada.
Booking notes
Banking is also in Quesada along with bars, restaurants, petrol station, etc. Very nice little village...

Andrew Melbourne, Stannington Sheffield - Ideal for my partner and 12 month old daughter Amelia. She loved the pool. We spent most nights having BBQs or the bar on the complex which is only a 2 minute walk. Nice food and wine.
Keith Richardson, Shirecliffe Sheffield - We went in July and it was lovely and red hot. Villa gorgeous. We loved the hot tub. We would recommend the Irish bar in Quesada. We will go back one day I'm sure.

My name is Dean Staniland and I live in Sheffield England with my wife Nicola Staniland. We own two holiday homes, one is a beautiful 3 bedroom detached villa in Alicante (Lo Crispin) and the second is a nice 1 bedroom apartment in Tenerife (Ten Bell). We holiday regularly in both homes and we love them, we are sure you will to. We go to Spain in the summer and Tenerife during the winter as it benefits from year round sunshine. Why the owner chose a home in this location
Only 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport. Classy bars and restaurants with in walking distance. Only a 2 hour flight from England. Short drive to one of the best beaches in Spain. Great location for driving to Benidorm and many, many more locations.
Very relaxing holiday. Cheap beers and wines in bars from 2 euros for a beer or white wine. Top quality golf course close by (drive or taxi 5/10 minutes). Cheap flights from £60 per person return.
We love it and we are sure you will.
