eat outside in the shade in the hot summer evenings, while you can cut a lemon, orange or kumquot to add to cooking or vorka/ gin while soaking up the mediterian evenings.

5 mins in car to closest beach, but many blue flag beaches close by (within walking distance).

25 mins to Murcia. 45 mins to Alicante. Car hire is recommended but good bus links are close by. Taxi available booked for you with no hasle!

We bought this property because it’s close to three excellent golf courses. Its easy access off the motorway approx 3 mins. 40-45mins to Alicante, 20-25 mins to Murcia. Its close to bars and restaurants, and with walking distance to the beach, Also good bus links.
