Recently built 4 bedroom villa overlooking a beautiful pine forest and only 3 minutes drive from the lively Arenal beach and the smaller local beaches, supermarkets and bar/restaurants and 10 mins drive from Javea golf course. The villa is in a quiet residential road on a flat plot. Extremely well furnished with Air con in all bedrooms, satellite TV, DVD, Video and internet access with broadband. 2 upstairs bedrooms both have french windows onto sun terrace. There are 3 bathrooms and a large outside sun terrace for 'alfresco' eating that leads to the patio area and the large (10 x 5) swimming pool. The garden is landscaped with grass areas and there is a gas barbecue.

Other: Large covered outdoor living area (naya) with circular dining table, wicker sofa and armchairs. Naya leads directly to pool, gas barbecue and lawn area.

linen/maid service:
Linen and hand and bath towels are provided but not swimming towels. The villa is cleaned between lets. For fortnightly bookings we provide a linen change and refresher clean.

The sandy beaches of Javea are a 3 mins drive (15 mins walk).

Travel
Valencia and Alicante Airports are around 90km away. Car hire is highly recommended during your stay and can be obtained either at the Airports or locally.

Distances
The Arenal, Old Town and Port area are around 3 - 10 mins drive away, where there are lively restaurants, bars and well stocked supermarkets and shopping areas. A newly opened Aldi supermarket is 10 mins walk from the villa.

Further details
30 minutes away there are many attractions for all ages including Vergel Safari Park, Mundomar Sea World and animal sanctuary, Aqualandia swimming Park, Terra Mitica theme Park and the bustling town of Benidorm. There is a stunning waterfall in Callosa not to mention the local golf courses, tennis courts, go carting, cinemas, bowling alley and numerous water activities including diving schools, jet skis, excursions and water skiing.

Booking notes
A 30% deposit payable on booking (non refundable) with balance required in full 8 weeks before arrival. A further 300 pounds sterling refundable security/breakage deposit is required at the time the final balance is paid which will be refunded at the end of the booking subject to return of keys and deductions for any damages or breakages caused during the stay.
