Large open plan Andalusian style property with magnificent terraces in which to relax. Covered car port large enough for two cars. This is a very private and secluded property. The main villa comprises 2 levels - the ground floor has an elegant entrance opening into a graceful dining area leading into a spacious lounge and a sitting room. There is a downstairs double bedroom/bathroom, a spacious well-fitted kitchen and guest cloakroom. A sweeping staircase leads to 2 twin bedrooms with en-suite and the extremely spacious master bedroom includes a dressing room and a wonderfully appointed bathroom. The huge terrace overlooking the golf course has comfortable sofas, wine fridge, sunbeds and a BBQ. And there is a lower terrace overlooking the pool for sunbathing.

Accessibility
The Villa is not specially adapted for wheelchair users.
Outside
2 Large terraces. The Upper Terrace adjoining to the Living Room comprises of an outdoor dining table and chairs, sunbeds and sofa area, barbeque and wine cooler all suitable for Al Fresco dining. The Lower Terrace is ideal for sunbathing beside the swimming pool and has sunloungers and parasol. The pool can be heated if required at an extra cost of £120 a week.
Coast/Beach
5 minute drive to the superb San Pedro beach, easy parking. 10 minutes 6km to the renowned luxury port of Puerto Banus where you can experience the luxury yachts, sports cars, designer shops and fantastic world renowned restaurants.
Golf
100m from Guadalmina Golf Clubhouse (the oldest and most mature course on the Costa Del Sol), many golf courses within 15 minutes drive.
Travel
Closest airport is Malaga which is approximately a 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
2km to San Pedro, 6km to Marbella, 10km to Estepona and the mountain village of Benahvis, the world famous Ronda is approximately 40 mins drive.

Please contact Natasha Bowater. A deposit of 30% on booking and full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £500 is payable when final balance is due and refunded within 14 days after the holiday following villa inspection.
