This lovely apartment is located on the Golden Mile, one of Marbella's most prestigious areas, conveniently located within 5 minutes drive from both Marbella town and Puerto Banus. There are many good quality restaurants specializing in Thai, Chinese, Indian, Tex-mex, Italian, Greek and Spanish cuisine, as well as 2 Supermarkets and a petrol station within a few minutes walk. The urbanisation is also situated close to bus routes which only take minutes to get into either Marbella or Puerto Banus. The beach is just across the road with sun beds and umbrellas available for rent. It is also possible to eat at Chiringitos on the beach or take a leisurely 20 minute stroll along the promenade all the way to Marbella's marina.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for children of all ages. It is all on one level. There is a secure underground parking space (although ample parking exists outside the apartment) with lift access. No pets allowed. Access to the pool is not available between October to May except for Easter week and the week of the May Labour day bank holiday.

Accessibility
The property is suitable for people with mobility issues as it is all on one level. Also there is a lift from the underground car park to this first floor apartment.

Approximately 200 metres to beach (across the road from apartment).

Golf
There are 10 Golf Clubs within 7km of the apartment. The closest being the Marbella Club golf resort and spa, Monte Paraiso and Dama de la Noche.

Malaga airport is approx 50km away and a 40 mins drive.
Gibraltar airport is a 50 min drive away. Car hire not essential but recommended for exploring the coastline.

Distances
5 min drive to Marbella town. 5 min drive to Puerto Banus.

Further details
5 min drive to La Canada Shopping Complex (biggest in Europe). An ATM ia available at the Puento Romano Hotel a short distance away.

Booking notes
A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking. Full payment and a refundable security deposit of £200 will be required 4 weeks prior to arrival. Bookings made within 1 month of arrival will require full payment to confirm the rental.
