A modern family 4 bedroom villa on the brow of a hill in Quint Mar offering sea view and stunning views over Sitges. A relaxed, well-equipped accommodation over two floors and with private pool, gardens, barbeque, terraces and car-port. The accommodation comprises a master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower. A second bedroom on the same upper floor with a double bed. The other 2 bedrooms are downstairs including the 2nd medium size bath/shower room. A large lounge/diner with a comfortable well-equipped kitchen that leads to a large utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is child and teenager friendly and provides comfort and style for enjoying a family break close enough to Sitges, but with the privacy and quiet of the semi-rural setting of Quint Mar, backing onto the Garraf National Park. There is satellite TV with channel plus for those who cannot tear themselves away from the latest soaps or sports.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (upstairs) master with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (upstairs) double bed.
Bedroom 3 (ground floor) double bed and 3rd bunk bed.
Bedroom 4 (ground floor) 2 singles as bunk bed plus 3rd single bed.
Bathrooms: Large en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet. (Jack and Jill entrances for the 2nd upstairs bedroom).
2nd bathroom in between 2 ground floor bedrooms with bath/shower, wc.
Kitchen: Since we live in the house ourselves regularly it is fully equipped including, dishwasher, microwave, oven, large fridge/freezer, cooker, hob. The kitchen is large and ideal for cooking. A large table for 7/8 persons.
Utility Room: Large utility room for storage with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing board.
Living Rooms: I guess the pictures will speak for themselves. Satellite TV and DVD. Toy corner for the younger children.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
You can bring your own or travel light and just rent the towels, beach/pool towels, bed linen, kitchen towels for only 9 euro per person. During your stay you can wash and dry. The 'end of stay' cleaning (60-90 euro) can be paid on arrival.

Notes on accommodation
Please note that the house is non-smoking so those with the bad weed habit will have to go outside! Pets are not accepted.

Accessibility
Wheelchair: The ground floor (including 2 bedrooms and a bathroom) is suitable for wheelchair with access to the pool/terrace area. A car to get to the house is recommended. Last part of the road is steep uphill.

Outside
Great terrace near the pool and a large veranda. All with sea view. Private pool of 9x4m.

Coast/Beach
Sitges has several beaches with easy parking. Closest is 5 minutes drive by car. You can walk in 25 minutes, but be reminded it could be 25-30 Celsius during your walk and the sun is hot in Spain.

Golf
Full golf course Sitges at a 10 minutes drive by car. 18 hole Pitch and Putt (all par 3) at 20 minutes drive by car.

Skiing
Winter holiday you can drive up to Pyrenees Mountains to do a day ski-trip (2 hours drive).

Travel
Barcelona (BCN) airport at 20 minutes drive. Reus (REU) is not a Barcelona airport. It is 1 hour drive south of Sitges
Girona (GRO) is not a Barcelona airport. It is 2 hours drive north of Sitges.

Distances
Barcelona City by car is 30 minutes, but your better way to travel is by train and metro. 30 minutes by train from Sitges to city centre Barcelona.

Since we live in the house ourselves once in a while it is well maintained and fully equipped.

Unique benefits of the property
Our pictures really present what you will encounter. No fancy pictures to make it all look better as it is. Our tenants till now were pleasantly surprised on arrival: 'it is even better than we imagined'. The pool, terrace and kitchen are only a few steps away from each other, so it is just relax during your holiday. Sitges is a nice little town just busy enough to have the holiday feeling, but not overcrowded by tourist. Being very close to Barcelona it is the ideal way to combine city trips with beach life or just enjoy the peace and quite of your the pool and garden.
