Prices are per day for the whole property.
140 Euro for 1-4 persons, 150 Euro for 5 people, 160 Euro for 6, 170 Euro for 7 and 180 Euro for 8 people.
60 Euro cleaning charge per booking up to 4 guests.
70 Euro cleaning charge for 5-6.
80 Euro cleaning charge for 7-8 guests.
New Year bookings 5 nights minimum +30%.
Sonar 5 nights minimum +30%.
3GSM 4 nights minimum + 30%.
July & August +10%.
Easter 5 nights minimum.
For bookings shorter than 3 nights applies a 40 Euro surcharge.
Changeover day
All arrival days possible. Check-out usually by 11am, in case of late departure a check-out later than 11am is possible sometimes. Late arrival: Check-in after 20:00 is charged at 40 Euros due to late working hours of our greeter.

There is a bar on the groundfloor of our building, open until 2am.
Booking notes
To secure a booking we require a down payment of 70% of the total cost, payable by transfer or credit card - installments would be possible. The remaining 30% is due in cash or by credit card when we hand over the key of the apartment, together with a fully refundable damage deposit of 200 euros or equivalent in your own currency.
