It has one bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), and another one with 2 single beds (1 is pull out), as well as a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and dining table for 4 persons. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Prices: 2 persons 60 Euro/night. 3 persons 80 Eur/night, 4 persons 90 Eur/night. Discount on the prices during February 2011. Prices are for the property per night in Euro (Min stay 4 nights). For rentals over 1 week there will be a discount. For longer stays there will be a much lower price per night, depending on how long and the season. During the Holy Week and the April Fair the price is higher.
Changeover day
The changeover day is flexible. The standard check in time is after 13.00 and check out is at 11.00, but this could be flexible if arranged in advance and depending on other bookings.
