A quality modern furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, with fitted kitchen, fitted bedrooms and a large lounge and dining room, all finished to an excellent standard. The property has excellent views overlooking the golf course and surrounding countryside which can be enjoyed from the 2 balconies. This stunning location is within 30 minutes of Malaga Airport, situated between Alhaurin El Grande and the pretty town of Mijas. The Ballesteros designed course has excellent facilities including a supermarket and clubhouse which serves good quality food. The pool is adjacent to the balconies and is perfect for enjoying the sun and relaxing. The Costa Del Sol beaches are a short drive away or alternatively a trip inland to El Chorro to visit the spectacular inland lakes is worth considering. Car hire is recommended to explore the area.

Coast/Beach
The Costa Del sol is easily explored from the property. Beaches at Marbella, Fuengirola, Cabopino, La Calla are all excellent, however we cant list all the excellent beaches here! A car is required to travel to the many beaches.

Golf
Apartment located on Alhaurin Golf course which has both an 18 and 9 hole course. The course has been designed by Severiano Ballestros and is a challenging course with fantastic scenery and is well maintained. Clubs can be hired locally at the pro shop. Rio Real Golf course (by Marbella) is another excellent course which is located a short drive away.

Special interest holidays
Horse riding is available locally at the Alhaurin Golf and country club. Tennis courts are available at this location also.

Travel
Malaga Airport is 30 minutes drive by car. Car high is recommended.

Distances
The town of Alhaurin El Grande is a 10 minute drive away which has a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Mijas is a 15min drive away and is an excellent example of a typical Andalusian pueblo its layout dates back to Moorish times. It can be explored by foot or by 'burro' (donkey) taxis and carriages.

Fuengirola is a 30 min drive away and is a lively resort with hundreds of restaurants, bars, marina, water park, shopping centres.

we had a amazing time and your apartment is fabulous. we cant think of anything you need to do to it really is spot on. was totally gutted to leave on tuesday. we could both live there quite easily.

I have had some excellent holidays at my property, the people who live in the community are all very helpful and pleasant. I have 3 children, my daughters are 17 and 13 respectively and enjoy going to the apartment as much as possible. My son is 14 and has special needs and the apartment and surrounding provide a very safe and enjoyable environment for him I love the area as for me it reflects the true beauty of Spain.

I have previously been holidaying in this area and love the location as it reflects the excellent countryside and mountain regions of Spain.

Unique benefits of the property
Great people who live at the adjoining properties who are always happy to help and they all have a great community spirit. In the Summer months we sometimes have a large communal barbecue evening which is great for catching up with everyone.
