Beautiful 3 bed (2 bath) villa furnished to a very high standard with private pool in an elevated position in the residential area of Quesada. Bars, shops, restaurants within easy access. Ideally located to having a peaceful family holiday. Quesada is situated 5 km away from the sandy beach of Guardamar. Similarly 2 minutes drive will take us to the La Marquesa Golf Club. The Villa is fully air-conditioned. SatTV (English and Spanish channels), DVD, CD player are available. The kitchen is completely equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, hob, extractor, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The living room is spacious with a three-seater sofa and two armchairs. The dining area will accommodate six to eat comfortably. There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, barbecue and sun beds. The spacious covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.

Notes on prices
£100- non refundable deposit payable at booking to hold the booking firm and the balance is payable 4 weeks before the booked vacation period. 80 Euro cleaning charge is to be paid per stay at taking over the key at site. £200- returnable breakage deposit required per booking at site. Ask for additional specials:
- last minute if booking is within 4 weeks.
- long stay if booking length is more than 14 days.
- early bird if booking is min. 26 weeks in advance.
Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, but we are flexible on your travel schedule depending on availability.

Notes on accommodation
The Villa is suitable for holiday all year round being equipped with hot and cold air conditioning and electric heaters. The area, protected by the mountain ranges enjoys a mild Mediterranean climate with year round sunshine.Temperatures reaching 35 C on a regular basis. The area boasts min. 300 days of sunshine each year. Even in winter the temperature rarely drops below 15C.
Outside
There is a designed, attractive garden area with a private, natural chlorine pool of 8X4 meters and sunbathing area complete with garden furniture, BBQ and sun beds. The spacious, shady covered balcony offers beautiful views over the area.
Coast/Beach
Quesada - renowned for its blue sky, sunshine, white sandy beaches, sleepy afternoons and delicious cuisine. Guardamar is the nearest to Quesada, only a ten minute drive, but boasts 14 km of white, exceptionally wide, sandy blue flag beach, with safe waters for swimming and water sports.
The beach is one of the best on the Med Coast, with a stylish car free promenade and beach side cafes.
Golf
The coastline is a great place to be, it has facilities that match the most sophisticated cities and regions in Europe. The whole area is a golfers' paradise with many courses to international standard, the closest 18 hole Golf Club (La Marquesa) being 2 minutes drive away. There are 4 more golf courses ( La Finca, Villamartin, Las Ramblas, Campoamar) within 30 minutes drive.
Travel
Fly to either Alicante (El Atlet) or Murcia (San Javier) departing from all main UK and European airports.
Car rental is available at both airports. The drive to Quesada takes 30 minutes from both airports.Airport transfer upon special request:

Distances
The vibrant town of Quesada lies just eight miles away from the large bustling town of Torrevieja which has a fantastic variety of bars, restaurants, shops and has a lovely seaside promenade and marina, with an excellent night time market. But you have Quesada town on your doorstep with shops, bars, restaurants, golf course.
Further details
The local water parks at Quesada and Torrevieja, are ideal for all the family and are open during the summer months. There is a municipal tennis court and a bowling facility where visitors are welcome.
There are five more cities within easy reach by car: Alicante and Benidorm (with theme parks of Terra Mítica, Mundomar) to the north, Elche ( with its large palm forest) to the north west, Murcia to the west and Cartegena to the south.
Quesada is a perfect town in many ways both for holidays and long-term visits including winter breaks.
Quesada is a residential city located 8 kms from Torrevieja city on the Costa Blanca costal line. This is an area where there is plenty to do for both golfers and non golfers alike with beaches, water sports, horse riding, shopping and sightseeing all close by.
In Torrevieja there are many great restaurants, especially the local Spanish seafood restaurants, but there is also English, German, Swedish, Chinese and more types of food found here. Torrevieja is an old fishing town, with its own harbour and small fishing fleet.
Booking notes
The Villa has to be vacated till 11am on the day of your leave to ensure cleaning of the property. You can accommodate latest as of 4pm in the afternoon upon your arrival. Luggage can be stored.
Whilst in occupation, your personal safety is your responsibility and the villa owner can not accept any liability or responsibility for any injury caused as a result of use of the property. You are advised to have your own medical and comprehensive accident/personal liability insurance.
