An excellently presented 5 bedroom (3 bathrooms, 2 being en-suite) detached villa with private pool, built on the quiet urbanisation of Blue Lagoon, which is centrally located for beaches, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, marinas and the internationally renowned golf courses including Las Ramblas, Real Compoamor, Villamartin and Las Colinas all within 10 minutes drive. In the summer guests benefit from air-conditioning in the living/dining area and bedrooms. The villa is central heated throughout in the winter. Furnished and equipped to the highest standard the villa provides a 42" flat screen TV, DVD, English satellite TV and PS2. The American style kitchen is fully equipped and the summer kitchen provides easy access to drinks, snacks etc directly from the pool terrace and BBQ area. We offer a 7 seater Chrysler MPV and/or 5 seater cars for hire, please contact the owners. The villa is 25 mins from Murcia (MJV) & 45 mins from Alicante (ALC) airports via good motorway access.

Prices are for the property per week in GBP, and are based on 8 guests / 4 bedrooms.
Please contact the owners for prices if you have 10 or more guests / require the 5th bedroom. Discounts are available for bookings over three consecutive weeks, please contact the owners for details. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card/Paypal (+3% admin fee for card payments) or cheque. We are always happy to answer any questions you may have before booking. Car hire not included.
Changeover day
We are happy to offer flexibility regarding change over days. Please note during high season Saturday changeovers are preferred. On arrival the villa will be available from 4pm, and guests are required to depart by 10:00am on the date of departure.

Notes on accommodation
This property differs from many extended Spanish villas, as access to all rooms is via an internal staircase, making it very family friendly. Travel cots, high chairs, car seats and booster cushions can all be provided for a small additional charge. All bedrooms are equipped with hairdryers. A security safe is installed in the property for use by our guests at no extra charge. There is additional storage for golf clubs, suitcases etc. in the garage, which is accessible from inside the villa.
Accessibility
The property offers wheelchair access via the pool terrace to Bedroom 2 which has an en-suite bathroom. The summer kitchen and an internal seating area are also on this level. Please call us to discuss as the suitability of the property for wheelchair users as a certain level of mobility will be required to avoid disappointment.
Outside
The private pool measures 8x4 metres and the pool terrace is furnished with 8 sun loungers with cushions, and large parasol. Separate pool towels are provided at the villa for our guests. The property is very private as it walled and gated, with an electronic door entry system.
The porch at the front of the villa is furnished with a pation table and chairs, ceiling light and fan, plus a retractable sun blind.
There is a separate BBQ and alfresco dining area, with an 8 seater dining table and chairs. The Summer Kitchen is equipped with a pool and terrace friendly dinner service, cutlery and glasses, fridge/freezer, kettle and sink. There is also a large roof solarium furnished with a patio table and chairs.
Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to La Zenia beach. 15 minutes to Cabo Roig beach and marina. 15 minutes to Campomor beach and marina. 25 minutes to Lo Pagan beach and marina on the Mar Menor. 30 minutes to the beach at Santiago de la Riberia, from where you can catch the ferry service (for approx 5€ per person each way) across the Mar Menor to La Manga for a spot of lunch or explore this area, it marinas and the surrounding beaches. Private motor boat charters are also available.
Golf
10 minutes drive from Las Ramblas, Real Campomor, Las Colinas (opened 2010), and Vilamartin golf courses. 35 minutes drive from Polaris World La Torre and United Golf Resorts, La Tercia. 45 minutes drive La Manga Golf Resort. Details of all the local golf course and contact telephone numbers for bookings are provided at the villa.
Travel
Travel times to the local airports are: 25 minutes to Murcia (MJV) airport. 45 minutes to Alicante (ALC) airport. For an additional charge we offer the hire of a 7 seater Chrysler Voyager or 5 seater Ford Fusion under separate cover. Prices are available on request. An airport pick up/transfer service can be arranged for an additional charge.

My husband and I have owned this house for 9 years, and we have spent alot of time refurnishing, upgrading, extending and improving the villa. We moved to live in Spain permanently 4 years ago. We have been able to make this villa available for rent as we have moved locally to our new project/home. We believe that by being local to the property this will enable us to provide a more personal service and reassurance to our guests before and during their stay in Spain.
