This luxury villa is fully furnished to a very high standard for 8 people. There are 4 bedrooms (1 double master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms) and three bathrooms. It has its own private swimming pool and a large basement games room. It's situated at the base of the mountains in Sierra Cortina, Finestrat. The town of Benidorm is a 5-10 minute drive away (all amenities even closer) and Alicante is the nearest airport 40 minutes away.

Prices are for the property per week in euros as a guide. Long terms lets are available and prices negotiable. Discounts for early bird and late bookings are at our discretion.
Changeover day
Arrival and departure on any day however checkout must be by 10.00am on day of departure. Arrivals should be at a reasonable hour of the day/night - there is an option for late arrival which may be taken at the time of booking.

Accessibility
There is one bedroom on the ground floor for people with mobility difficulties. However there is not step-free access from the road to the villa.

Numerous Blue Flag beaches, some of the best on the coast with various water sports and Marinas nearby.
Golf
With mountains in the background, this beautiful country resort has spectacular views down to the sea, across the two challenging Real de Faula 19 hole golf courses designed by Jack Nichlaus and 5*Hotel on site. To the North or South there are 10 more courses within a 40 minute drive.

Close at hand are the Terra Mitica theme park (1 km), Terra Natura (2km), Mundomar (3 km), Aqualandia (5km) that the whole family can enjoy. Some of the most beautiful Mediterranean beaches, with the lovely neighbouring coastal towns of Calpe, Javea, Albir & Altea are a short drive . The city of Murcia & Valencia are less than 90 mins drive away. You are only 5 minutes from the nearest beach at Cala de Finestrat.

Only 1 minute walk away is the Spa and Sports complex including an indoor 5*Spa-Pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, gymnasium and a selection of pampering beauty treatments.
Mountaineering, horse riding, karting and many other activities can also be done locally.
There is a nearby large shopping center La Marina where you'll find the best in international names, all housed under one roof as well as other shops, bars & restaurants. There is also a Carrefour hypermarket which sells everything you will ever need.

"An incredible villa, set in beautiful, entertaining and friendly surroundings. The private pool was a definate highlight as was the very well equipped kitchen. The villa was perfect for my group of six twenty-somethings. It has the peace and tranquility of the mountains as well as a short driving distance to the town, beaches, supermarkets and amusement parks. I would be more than happy to go back there."

About the owner
I am a Londoner, this holiday property marketing is more of a hobby for me managing for owners. I do have several properties available for holiday rental in different areas of Spain for several years so I am quite experienced now with what holidaymakers want
Why the owner chose a home in this location
The area is perfect being a high class secure, gated complex but nearby to all the parks. All facilities like the supermarket, shopping mall, department stores etc are nearby. Benidorm and the beaches are nearby but you avoid all the noise and get a very peaceful area to relax in and additionally the more authentic spanish towns relatively untouched by tourism are also nearby.
Unique benefits of the property
Within the actual resort area there are tennis courts; a spa pool area (i.e. pool with jets, scottish showers, sauna etc and also a sports bar with free WiFi net access).
Just outside the resort there are many attractions: The property is very near the Terra Mitica theme park; the Aqualandia water park; Terra Natura the nature park. There is a nearby golf course as well.
This property has been, and as far as I know still is, the only one of its kind (4 bed villa) available for rent in this very popular resort.
