The apartment is centrally situated and is close to the town centre and local beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential equipment for cooking and dining. The living room has a 32’ television with DVD, and there is a satellite dish which receives various international channels (52 channels in total). The dining table is extendible, and has four dining chairs. The style is light, modern and airy, and the whole apartment has been totally redecorated during 2009. The apartment is better equipped and furnished than the average, as it used by the owner and his family as well as for rental.

Notes on accommodation
Children are welcome. The apartment is on the fourth floor with a lift. The terrace has a security rail but small children will need to be supervised. The owners take no responsibility for inappropriate conduct. A cot is available at an extra charge.

Coast/Beach
The apartment is situated just 150 metres from El Playazo beach. El Playazo is a shingle beach, perfect for taking a walk, and you can stroll some 2km as far as the Marinas de Nerja hotel. Within 5 minutes walk is La Torrecilla beach, which is sandy and has a blue flag as a European hallmark of quality. It also has a Q flag (only awarded to 59 beaches in the whole of Spain) as testament to the water quality and the beach services (lifeguard, toilets etc).

Malaga airport is 60km by motorway.

Malaga is within 50km and Granada is 95km.

There are many restaurants close to the apartment; apart from the excellent Spanish cuisine there are a pizzeria, an Indian tandoori house, and a Mexican restaurant. Cibercafé Conect@te is within 25m of the apartment, offering internet access at one euro per hour.
Activities - With its mild climate, you can enjoy Nerja all year round and take advantage of the relaxed way of life of a village that still retains much of the character of its Moorish past. Today, Nerja offers an excellent range of leisure time facilities. There are 13km of beaches including the internationally famous Burriana beach, and the small coves below the impressive cliffs of Maro which have been the inspiration of numerous artists who have set up residence here.
Lovers of nature can enjoy walking in wonderful countryside, and for those who looking for alternative activities there are fishing, diving, waterskiing, canoeing, water bikes, hiking, cycling, horse riding, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more. In the old quarter of town, typical small shops offer local craftworks and products of the area, including the famous Málaga sweet wine and olive oil, honey and tropical fruits. A must-see visit is to the famous Nerja Caves, full of stalactites and stalagmites formed over millions of years. The Nerja Caves are currently the third most visited monument in the whole of Spain.
