Apartment is 8/10 mins walk to the beautiful blue flag beach of La Cala. Lifeguards in attendance during summer months. Many beach bars and restaurants on or close to beach.

Golf
Nine hole golf course at La Noria Golf resort located beside these apartments with golf club. This golf course is a par 33 and is suitable for all golfers from beginners to advanced.Many other golf courses within easy reach of La Cala, Costa Mijas.

Travel
Malaga airport is (37km) with takes 25mins drive to La Cala. Taxis & Car hire available. Airport transfers can be arranged by myself with a contact from La Cala.

Distances
Fuengirola 10mins, Mijas Pueblo 15 mins, Puerto Banus & Marbella 25 mins. Gibraltar is 100km. Granada 2 hour drive away.

Further details
Public transport blue and yellow buses from bus stops located in La Cala centre where you can travel to Fuengirola, Marbella etc. In Fuengirola you can access trains/buses to many different locations. Taxis available to book from apartment. La Cala amenities include, shops, plenty of restaurants including chinese, italian, indian, spanish and speciality fish restaurants, bars, 2 large supermarkets (Supersol & Mercadona). Twice weekly market on Wednesdays and Saturdays within 3mins walking distance. Bigger shopping amenities available in Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus etc. Family attractions include Fuengirola Zoo, Water Park and in Benalmadena Tivoli World theme park.

Booking notes
A deposit of £100.00 is payable at time of booking which is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before holiday commences. Also £100.00 to be paid and will be returned on safe arrival back of the apartment keys and apartment checked for breakages or accidents.

Apartment is beautiful and the location is perfect. The amenities in the apartment are excellent. Everything you need.The gardens are superb and everything is beautifully maintained. Swimming pool fantastic. Everything any holidaymaker could want out of a holiday in a lovely apartment and fantastic location and quiet and relaxing. I would recommend this apartment to anyone if they want the best of both worlds. Close to the lovely La Cala and the beach. No need for a car. Loved every minute of it.

Apartment was clean, comfortable, secure and large enough for 6 people. Both bathrooms had good showers. The kitchen was well equipped and the bbq in gdn was good. The grounds are very well kept and the pool area was great with shade when needed, good loungers and the large pool was ideal. The complex is situated beside a golf course. Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Having searched all along the Costa Del Sol coast for property suitable for families, La Cala was the place for us due to its excellent location, excellent amenities within walking distance and fantastic small gated secure complex. This complex consists of only 40 apartments so therefore the pools do not get too busy even in high season.

Unique benefits of the property
Luxury apartment in excellent location with amenities bars/restaurants, beach, shops , market all within minutes walking distances. Secure small friendly gated complex, front line golf. Only 25 mins transfer from Malaga airport. Car not necessarily required unless you want to travel to other locations. Only 40 apartments making this complex small, friendly and with its excellent facilities very enjoyable.
