Cortijo Paco is an attractive country villa with private pool set in it's own grounds in the Costa Tropical, south of Granada. This quiet family villa, comfortably furnished and equipped, sleeps 6 and is situated above the village of Puntalon. It offers a totally relaxing holiday, secluded but not too far from local amenities and only 15 minutes to a wide variety of beaches.

| Living Rooms: | There is one large family room which includes living/dining and kitchen room combined where the whole family congregates with an open fireplace for those cold nights. This includes three sofas, a large dining table seating 8 and a compact fitted kitchen. |
| Other: | Equipment in the living room includes television with English satelite system, DVD player with English films and music system with a variety of CDs. You are welcome to bring your own CDs and DVDs. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are included but you will have to bring your own beach towels. |
Notes on accommodation
We welcome children at the villa but please note as the pool is set down in the centre of the terrace it is not suitable for small or unsupervised children. There is an english speaking person on call 24 hours per day for any queries that may arise.

Outside
There is a covered terrace with patio table and chairs, a large sun terrace with the pool set down in the centre and a well set out BBQ area. Plenty of patio furniture is available. The pool is for private use only. The house is completely fenced off and there is plenty of parking space at the back of the house, totally secure. The gates are on an automatic locking system and can be opened by key fob and from the house. There is a shared drive to the house with the other property on the land, S5852. Both properties are private and have their own land and pool or you could always bring the whole family and rent both houses!
Coast/Beach
There are a variety of beaches and coves that stretch for miles in both directions. The nearest beach is only ten minutes drive from the house. No golden sandy beaches but a wide varity to please most people. Also lots of water sports available, boating, diving, paddle boats, water skiing,etc
Golf
The nearest golf course is in Motril, only 10 minutes drive away. This is now an 18 hole golf course recently finished in 2006.
Skiing
The closest ski resort is Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada in Granada. This is approx 45 minutes drive from the house. This is a very well run and established ski resort.
Travel
The nearest airports are Granada only 1 hour drive away and Malaga and Almeria both approx one hour and a half's drive. Malaga is the more popular airport with more flights available. It is essential that you hire a car for this villa.
Distances
The nearest village is Puntalon, only a few minutes by car. Here they have a restaurant and three bars. Motril our closest town is less than ten minutes away in the car and here they have all amenities. Plenty of shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars where they still give free tapas with your drinks. There are plenty of coffee bars with terraces to sit and enjoy the sun and watch the world go by.
Further details
The villa is a central point for sightseeing the local area. Only 1 hour away from; Granada with its famous Alhambra palace, Nerja caves along the coast, the ski resort in the Sierra Nevada moutains and the Alpujarra villages worth a visit for local wines and produce.
Booking notes
30% deposit to be paid on booking and the balance to be paid on arrival in exchange for the keys.
