The location is excellent and very central just at a 5 minute walk from the famous Sagrada Familia, the cathedral from Gaudi (area example) in the center of Barcelona. Near the Sagrada Familia you will find a bus stop to take the tourist bus. At only a 5 minute walk you can find the 'Avenue Gaudi', a pleasant avenue very appreciated by the Spanish people, with a lot of restaurants and terraces to take a drink and observe the lighting of the cathedral by night (you cannot miss it). Another interesting place and also a stop of the tourist route (like the Sagrada Familia) is the Hospital Sant Pau. The area is especially safe and quiet. At only 20 meters from the apartment you will find 3 supermarkets, an excellent bakery that makes delicious croissants for your breakfast. From our apartment you can reach all the areas of Barcelona in a very short time. There are 2 metro lines (L-Lilac (II) et L-blue (V) at a short walk from the apartment.

Notes on prices
Our prices are for 2 people in euros per day. You have to add a 8% tax.
There is an additional 15 euros for each additional person. Prices include the bedsheets, towels and final cleaning.
Changeover day
We have flexibility for the changeover day. For instance we don't request bookings only from saturday to saturday but do accept them with a start from any day during the week.
Notes on accommodation
A free cot for a child is available if needed. At the beginning of the stay we supply you with clean towels and sheets. We make the cleaning of the apartment once a week (or more often on request). All costs are included (water and electricity). The building is equipped with an lift.
Coast/Beach
At 20 min by subway you can reach the 5km seaside of beaches of Barcelona or the old fishing village of the Barceloneta.
Travel
We are located at 30-40 min from the Barcelona airport by taxi and 1h-1h15 min if you choose to use the public transport.
Distances
5 min walk from the world famous 'cathedral of the Sagrada Famila' and 3 min from the Modernist 'hospital Sant Pau'. Thus you are only at 5 min of 2 world heritage monuments of the Unesco. 15 min by subway from the Ramblas and the Plaza Cataluρa and only 10 min to reach the famous 'passeig de gracia' where you will find luxury shops and plenty of restaurants.
Further details
At only 30 meters you will find a supermarket and an excelent bakery so you will find all comodities shops very close to these apartments.
Booking notes
The apartment is firmly booked after a prepayment of a 25% that you can make either by credit card (Visa and MasterCard accepted) or international transfer. The balance is due at the arrival by cash or credit card. We don't charge extra cost for late arrival and do not require a safety deposit.

What a wonderful experience ! We came from Toronto (Canada) and met up with my family from the UK, a perfect midway point! What we love about Barcelona: This flat, not being in a hotel, Gaudi, gaudi, gaudi, modernista, walking and walking some more, long lazy breakfasts with lots of carbs, the metro, the balconies, the people, the Mediterranean Did I mention Gaudi ?
