Externally there is a large rooftop terrace accessed by a staircase from the ground floor balcony which is equipped with dining furniture and offers stunning views in all directions. This area is fully illuminated and can be completely enclosed with overhead and side blinds.
There is also a large barbecue area outside the kitchen with built in barbecue and ample seating to accommodate everyone.
The extensive gardens on 3 levels are completely private, there is a large L-shaped heated pool, poolside terrace with sun loungers with mattresses and a bar area with additional fridge for those essential poolside beers!
The property also has a large enclosed off road parking area for up to 4 cars accessed by electric gates.
Coast/Beach
It is a 15 minutes drive to beach.
Golf
The area is famous for the golf scene, being often referred to as Costa del Golf.

Malaga airport is less than 12.5 miles drive. Nearest port is Fuengirola which is 1 miles drive.
