The apartment is on the 1st floor and has a large 31sq meter L shaped terrace overlooking the 14th par 3 green and all along the 15th par 4 fairway. There are 2 beautiful large pools 50 yards either side of the property. On site is a golf course, driving range, supermarket and bar. There are reduced residents green fees for all 4 Polaris World golf courses which are all within 20 minutes drive.

There are several beaches within 15/20 minutes drive such Mar Menor, San Pedro all with beach bars and other facilities.
Golf
There are 4 Jack Nicklaus courses within 20 minutes drive of the apartment all playable under residents rates. There are also several other courses all within 30 minutes.
Travel
Murcia airport is 15 minutes from the property and Alicante 45 minutes. Both are accessed by low cost carriers Ryan Air and Easyjet.
Distances
Sucina 5 minutes. Los Alcazares 15 minutes for several restaurants and bars.
Booking notes
A £100 deposit secures the booking - residual should be fully paid 6 weeks prior to holiday dates together with a refundable £150 against breakages/damages which will be returned within 14 days of leaving the property.
