A three storey townhouse comprising of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and lounge/dining room. The master bedroom on the top floor has an en-suite shower and the other two bedrooms on the first floor share a bathroom with shower and bath. The kitchen is well equipped and the house is furnished throughout to the highest standard. The house is in a gated complex with three shared swimming pools, private garden area and rooftop solarium. The beach is a 15 minute walk away and near to the town of Sabinillas and the port of Duquesa. The larger resort of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
Prices based on two persons. Extra persons charged £60 per week per person. Maximum of six persons in total at any one time at the property.
For example a family of two adults and two children would pay a total of £620 for 1 week in August.
Changeover day
Minimum stay is three days. No restrictions on changeover days.

| Kitchen: | The kitchen is fully equipped with a four ring electric hob, oven and grill. There is also a fridge/freezer, microwave oven and a washing machine. |
| Utility Room: | There is a storage area beneath the stairs suitable for golf clubs etc. |
| Living Rooms: | The living area comprises of two leather sofas, coffee table, sideboard, television, CD/DVD player. The dining table and six leather dining chairs complete the ground floor area. |

Notes on accommodation
The property is fully air-conditioned. There are smoke detectors fitted on all floors. The accommodation is ideal for families and also for golfers. Please note that the property is strictly non smoking.
Accessibility
No modifications have been made for people with mobility problems and the house only has access to the upper floors by means of stairs.
Outside
There is a private garden area outside the house. There is patio furniture comprising of parasol, four chairs and two sun loungers for visitors. There are three shared swimming pools - a plunge pool, a shallow pool for small children and a larger pool for general swimming. Guests can also make use of a beach parasol.
Coast/Beach
The beautiful and unspoilt beach is a 15 minute walk away. There is also car parking available at the beach for the less energetic. There are two beaches to choose from. It is possible to walk along the beach to nearby Sabinillas and then on to the port of La Duquesa. The beaches are sandy and clean and you will always be able to find a spot for sunbathing.
Golf
There are just too many golf courses to choose from! Dona Julia, El Finca Cortesin, La Duquesa, Estepona (all less than 5 miles away), Sotogrande, and even Valderama is only about 10 miles away!
Travel
Approx. 50 minutes drive from Malaga airport. Car hire recommended. This can be arranged for you - contact the owner for details.
Distances
Sabinillas and La Duquesa are both a 5 minute drive away.
Estepona is 10 minutes away and the house is ideally placed for exploring further afield, to places such as Ronda, Puerto Banus, Marbella, Gibraltar and Cadiz. The local village of Casares is situated in the hills just a 20 minute drive away and is well worth a visit.
Further details
within easy walking distance there is a newly opened children's playground, cafe/bar which is open daily, (Jardine de Rosaria). In summer there are concerts held in the open-air theatre within the same complex.
