It’s bright, light and airy interior with huge picture windows offers spectacular sea and coastal views and enables access to the multi levelled large terraces surrounding the villa, providing a perfect holiday location. The villa is large enough to accommodate two smaller families wishing to holiday together.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover day is Saturday - arrival no earlier than 5pm and departure no later than 10am. Other days may be considered on request.

Open plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar. 3/4 Bedrooms – two with Private Terrace and one with Balcony. 3 Bathrooms – two with generous walk in shower areas and one with tub. Smoking only outside please. All outside terraces areas have electric lighting (for extra mood why not add a few candles!) and view the coastline defined only by its night lights. Guests have free access to the private community recreation area including. Tennis court, large pool, children’s pool and playground during the summer months and is within walking distance. Outside
Large, enclosed (for child safety) swimming pool. Several large terraces open or with sun awnings and all offering spectacular views surround the villa. Two dining areas both south facing with uninterrupted views of the coastline. Large south facing pool side area again with stunning sea and coastal views has 8 sun loungers with side tables between ensuring maximum comfort.
Coast/Beach
15 minutes due west brings you to the very stylish Marina del Este with it’s quayside restaurants, shops, diving school and hand gliding facilities. It’s neighbouring town 5 mins further along the coast Almunecar teams with life offering something for everyone. 10 mins due east is Motril, a typical Spanish township and architecture, beautiful gift shops, bars and restaurants.
Golf
Los Moriscos just 10 minutes away at Playa Granada, Motril, and is open to all comers.
Skiing
The awesome snow-capped mountains of Sierra Nevada, an excellent and extensive ski resort is a 70 minute drive, and usually ski-able from November until the end of April.
Special interest holidays
This villa is situated just minutes from the picturesque historical old town of Salobrena. With its whitewashed houses, narrow winding cobble stoned streets displaying colourful plants and hanging baskets, with conveniently situated bars and restaurants, all wrapping their way around this magnificent hillside, leading to the Moorish Castle perched high upon the very top, which is open to the public. From its battlements the panoramic view is breathtaking. To the south the glistening blue waters of the Mediterranean. Turning inward you can see the sugar and fruit plantations, coves, almond groves and rugged snow-capped mountains.
The new sector near to the beach also provides bars, restaurants (including beach restaurants), various water sport activities (which are available in high season), banking, postal facilities, doctors and pharmacies, plus many gift and clothes shops.
The sub-tropical climate can only add to the appeal of one of Spain’s best-kept secrets – Salobrena.
Travel
60 minutes from Malaga airport. 50 minutes from Granada airport. 80 minutes from Almeria airport. Car hire is recommended.

Don’t forget the picturesque walking areas in the Alpujarras and Lecrin valley (Bubion 45 mins away).
