Situated within the small and very exclusive 'Oasis Club' these houses have been recently refurbished and offer great accommodation for 2 to 8 guests in Marbella's best location. A beautiful quiet swimming pool opens directly onto the beach but remains private for resident only which is the ideal place to relax and listen to the sea. The Oasis Club is halfway between lovely old town of Marbella and the millionaires paradise of Puerto Banus. A short stroll along the 'Paseo Maritimo' past beach bars and restaurants leads to cafes, shops and fun in either direction. Marbella offers something for everyone. Great beaches, trendy cafes, bars and restaurants, world class golf courses, the best designer shopping all of which are within very easy reach - less than 1.5 km. The Oasis Club really is a haven of tranquility in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

Prices are for the properties per week in UK pounds.
Changeover day
We are flexible on change over days although we do try to work a Saturday to Saturday policy during key months.
Where possible arrival time should be after 3pm and departure by 11am.
Notes on accommodation
Both houses have been designed to be as child friendly and safe as possible.
The houses do not have air conditioning but benefit from being on the coast where there is normally a breeze to keep things cool. Fans are supplied as are radiators during the winter months.
Both houses have Sky TV, a library of DVDs and books to suit most tastes.
The houses are cleaned and ready with all linen and towels (both bath and beach towels) provided at the time of arrival.
The maid cleans and changes linen and towels once a week and additional maid service can be arranged at an extra cost.
Accessibility
The houses are not suitable for people of limited mobility especially those in wheelchairs as the stairwells are too thin to fit access. We apologies for this in advance.
Outside
No.29 has a lovely (small) private terrace with a Moorish style built in BBQ. There is ample seating for five people and space should more seats be needed. It is a great place to relax in the evening. Alternatively the Oasis Club swimming pool is a absolute gem, being situated right on the beach it is a great place to sunbath and swim during the day and at night provides a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine (plastic pool side glasses provided!) and watch the world go by.
Coast/Beach
We are literally on the beach. Front door to toe in sand is about 20 meters! The beach is very tranquil and has lovely views of Puerto Banus and Marbella.
Golf
Marbella is a famous mecca for golfers and there are plenty of golf courses within a short distance form The Oasis Club where you will find courses to suit all handicaps within a 15 minute drive. The closest course is under a kilometer away!
Travel
Malaga Airport is 40 minutes away. Car hire is recommended as the airport taxi costs €80 each way. Once here the car is not a necessity.
We can provide an airport pick up service if needed at good rates.
Gibraltar Airport is an hour away and car rental is needed.
Distances
Marbella town is 5 minutes by car or a 20 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo.
Puerto Banus is 3 minutes by car or a 15 minute walk along the Paseo Maritimo.
Further details
There are 2 beach bars within 200 meters. Victors Beach is legendary and is open until midnight during Summer months. Try the BBQ ribs which are renowned. Puento Romano, the Marbella Club and Eddie and Marissa's are within 10 minutes stroll along the Paseo. Nearest shops are at Puerto Banus, nearest supermarkets, banks etc are within 5 minutes drive.
Booking notes
50% non refundable deposit at time of booking by bank transfer. Balance to be paid by bank transfer no later than 28 days before departure. Security deposit of 25% to be paid on arrival. This will be refunded on departure as long as there is no major damage/breakage.
