The apartments are in front of San Cristobal beach, one of the most popular beaches of Almunecar. In summer Chinasol apartments have sunbeds and parasols for their guests on the beach at a small fee. The beach has tapas bars, and other waterfront activities, diving school 30 metres away, big promenade.

15kms to Los Moriscos or Nerja golf courses.
Skiing
80kms to Sierra Nevada.
Travel
Malaga Airport is approx. 80kms away. There is motorway up to Almunecar town. Granada Airport and Almeria Airports are also one and two hours approx. drive away from Almunecar. There is the local bus stop in front of the apartments. However, the apartments are within walking distance of all services and amenities in Almunecar. Chinasol apartments are very well located.

20kms away from Nerja and Frigiliana towns. 70kms from Granada (Sierra Nevada and Alhambra Palace). 70kms away from Malaga. Las Alpujarras, very good location for day trips along Andalucia and the Costas.

In front of the apartments there is a supermarket, bakery and other shops. Restaurants, shops and other local services are also around the area, very good location for all local amenities.

50% booking deposit. The deposit is refunded if the holidays are cancelled three months prior to the arrival date.
Balance due two weeks prior to the arrival date.
All bills and final cleaning arrangements are included within the rental price. Payment can be made in Pounds or Euros.

We are a family of four. I am Spanish and my husband is English, from Brighton. We live in Peacehaven, near Brighton, East Sussex, in the United Kingdom. We have two daughters. Laura is 5 and Sarah is 2. We love Almunecar because of its mild weather all year round.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
Almunecar is very popular town for its mild climate all year and it is very well located for airports and motorways. It is near Granada and Malaga. I know Almunecar very well because I used to spend my holidays there with my parents when I was a child.
Unique benefits of the property
It is within walking distance of all services and amenities. It is on the first line seafront, it has hotel services and the swimming pool open all year. Most of the apartments do not offer these facilities. San Cristobal Beach also is the most popular area in Almunecar. In Summer you can used the sunbeds and parasols that the Chinasol apartments puts on the beach free of charge.
