This pretty south facing villa is set in the most convenient location, with wonderful mountain views across the valley and a very sunny outlook all year round and just far enough away from the beautiful beaches to give you peace and privacy. The villa is not on an urbanisation. We have 4 restaurants within 1km from the door and the medieval village of Javea has picturesque narrow streets with overhanging balconies filled with flowers. There is also a covered food market and every Thursday there is a village market selling farm produce, rugs, linen and fantastic leather goods. Javea shops and bars are all just a minutes drive. From the villa it takes just a short 10 minute drive to the beautiful local beaches. Javea Port and Arenal have a fantastic selection of bars and restaurants all on the sea front with 3 course meals being served for as little as 8 euros including wine!

We have a landscaped garden at the front of the villa and young fruit trees at the back. It is a private setting.
Coast/Beach
This pretty south facing villa is set in the most convenient situation, wonderful mountain views across the valley and a very sunny outlook all the year round. Also is just far enough away from the beautiful beaches to give you peace and privacy. All local beaches are a 10 min drive and there are some fabulous cove beaches with local restaurants by the beach which are a 20 min drive if you fancy something different.

There are two golf courses nearby so please ask and we will send you details.
Travel
You can fly to both Alicante and Valencia airports both of which are approx 1hr drive.
Distances

You will be able to arrive at the villa from 3pm and departures are from 11am. There will be a £200 returnable deposit. 50% of rental on booking and 50% prior to your arrival date.
