Changeover day
This is flexible but the apartment has to be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is fully air-conditioned/heated. It is suitable for families, You have a Pool bar for snacks and refreshments. We have tried to include all things that would be useful for your stay and save on that all important luggage allowance. Hairdryers/straighteners. Beach toys and lilos. Adaptors and mossie plugs plus much, much more.
Accessibility
The apartment has 5 steps from the carpark to the main door. Not suitable for wheelchair users.
Outside
The apartment is situated in beautifully well kept landscaped gardens. There is a large communal pool as well as a small child’s pool. A pool side bar/restaurant offers all refreshments and food, book library etc. Jardin B is secured by coded gates for that added peace of mind. You have the use of the other pools and facilities on Miraflores. A reception where you can book excursions, babysitters, taxis etc. Outside parking includes disabled parking.
Coast/Beach
Miraflores beach - 10 min walk (rocky in parts but great rock pools for the kids). Cabopino beach - 5 mins car (beautiful beach and port) La cala Beach - 10 mins car (beautiful sandy beach, lovely village). Funny Beach - 20 mins car (great fun day out with go carts, laser quest, quads, banana boats etc. Nikki Beach - spot many famous faces and party in this famous resort. There are many other beautiful beaches along the main stretch just waiting for you to discover.
Golf
Miraflores Golf Course - 18 holes 5113 metres - Par 71. Miraflores is a golfers paradise. Located in Mijas Costa it offers breathtaking views of the countryside down to the sea. The apartment is ideally placed for a golfing holiday, anything between 5 and 15 min by car you have a choice of around 30 other courses, most are soft spikes only.
Skiing
1.5 hour drive to the Sierra Nevadas, ski in the morning and spend the afternoon on the beach. Ideal location for the non skiers in your group.
Special interest holidays
This location is perfect for Spanish language courses, tennis tuition at the club Miraflores, horse riding, golf instruction, bowls tuition/play available 5 min walk from the apartment.
Travel
Airport: 30km (25 min car). Shops 500 metres (walk). Car hire is recommended but if you are looking for a total chill out pool holiday then you could get away without one. You would miss out on exploring the many beautiful beaches and villages although there is a good bus service and taxis available locally.

Shopping centre, small shops about 5 min up or down the hill, restaurants, pubs, cafe, internet cafe, water park, amusement park, park, market in La Cala Wednesday and Saturday - all locally.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking, and the balance paid in full 6 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment is required at time of booking. A £50 security deposit is payable prior to arrival and refundable within two weeks after departure and return of keys, subject to there being no damage to the property or contents on departure.
